Provided excellent services to address all of our requests. Room is very clean and quiet. Service manager was very thoughtful and delivered a surprised birthday cake to my wife in her birthday. We really appreciate the services from Renaissance Aktau Hotel and the hotel is highly recommended.

After long flight when I arrived,the welcome from staff was great. They are really helpful.
In couple minutes I was in my room and they upgraded me to executive room. Location is also great and it if 5 minutes walking to the seashore. It's not not next to the sea but they have a indoor and outdoor switch pool. Also you can use their gym and sauna without any extra charge.
Their breakfast fast has alot of options and they make also fresh omlet for you.
Generally I was happy and recommend this hotel. Also there are alot restaurants near by and you can walk to there to try different dishes

The best hotel in Aktay, very acceptable price compared with new city hotels. Nice location right next to the sea. Great service and people.

Good hotel. The lobby area had been upgraded, they need to work on the dining room now. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. There is an outside terrace, that's good on a not so hot day. Location is great, nearby shopping.

Also very reassuring to see an establishment and all of its staff so easily performing all the extra sanitary and distancing requirements during Covid-19 seamlessly. Recommended for a stay in Aktau.
