Real surprise. You feel immersed in the Korea from 60-70. Great experience!

Museum of Modern History of Korea in Heyri Art Village, Paju displays of everyday life in Korea within the last century. The museum was like walking through a time machine, the displays were so detailed and realistic. It was a fun lovely visit, a step back in time.

Take a step back in mid 20th century Korea

Really interesting museum. Many period objects in reconstructed settings. A trip to korea's past.

The place where we could see something that is a blast from the past somewhat make it more nostalgic to remember and to revisited some earlier moments to old town recreation and lots more.

Great experience learning and seeing how Korea looked like before WW2.

It was an eye opener and it was fairly easy to walk around the museum. Helped that it was a nice activity you could enjoy hiding away from the cold.

An absolutley spectacular glimpse into old Korea. Fantastic museum with massive amounts to see despite how small the outside seems.

Engulfing. The spirit of Korea during her 1960s and 70s at its best. No English though, but the old stuff speaks for itself.

초등학생부터 100세 어르신들까지 모두가 즐겁게 볼 수 있는곳입니다.
단, 계단이 많아서 휠체어 출입이나 지팡이 짚으시는 어르신들은 관람이 어렵습니다.

주차는 헤이리마을 3주차장에서 바로 연결됩니다.

여기 저한테는 좋은 역사을 알려주는곳입니다 입장비7000원입니다 서울에서 1시간반가서두 시간아깝지않은곳입니다 옛추억가 좋은 자료들이 정말많아서 좋았습니다

외관이 약간 허접해 보이기도 하고, 들어가는 입구도 좁아 기대감이 별로 들진 않지만, 들어가는 순간부터 신세계가 열립니다ㅎ
옛날 동네모습을, 역대급 퀄리티로 만들어 놓았습니다. 입장권이 7천원이지만, 7만원 이상의 값어치를 한다고 생각해요~
어렸을 때, 조그마한 기억들이라도 남아있는 세대에겐 너무나 큰 추억이 될 듯 해요...
(MZ세대나 외국인들은, 아무래도 공감하긴 힘들 듯...)
그 때 추억들을 회상하고 얘기나누며, 사진 찍으면서 나오면, 1시간은 금방 넘어갑니다~

부모님과 함께 와두 좋고 아이들과 함께해두 좋은 근현대사박물관이였어요.추억이 방울방울 ㅎㅎ
