Gyeong Ju City Tour

They gave us english brochures as the tour was conducted in korean. The convenience of going to places of interest was worth the cost. And its even cheaper than most tours!

As a solo traveler, this was the most cost effective and seamless way to see Gyeongju. The tour was in Korean but you are given English versions of the flyers you receive at the landmarks. The tour guides would give you instructions at the spots and the time to return back to the group. They do not expect you to stand around trying to understand Korean. I didn’t mind as I either read the pamphlets, the signs, or googled. A lot of the spots were hard to get to with public transportation so really recommend this tour if you want to see everything in a day and night. I recommend booking at the office rather than the website.

I joined night tour and the heritage day tour. Both worth it, even though the commentary was in Korean but the guide was very helpful and gave me english brouchures. With transport, it helped to save time and allowed me to cover the must-see places in a day in a relaxing way. Its not too expensive too. Recommended!

Great tour, super well organised.
Employees do not all speak much English, but are super friendly and very solution oriented (e.g. providing times when to be back at the bus as a note, use Google translate to communicate, give out English flyers etc.). The time spent at the different locations was perfect for us and it did not feel rushed :)

Professional public tour. My family joined group tour in Korean, and they make every effort to make all comfortable and efficient to learn the history of Shilla.

Somewhere in this neighborhood, I stopped into a local small dinning area back in 1999 and had Poshen-tang, dog meat stew. It was good.

來慶州跟了兩天半的city tour.
一個夜景行程（20000韓元包含景點門票），世界文化遺產之旅（25000韓元，另外要再付5000韓元門票），東海之旅（25000韓元）。
只有韓語導覽服務與解說，其實對不懂韓文的我們，省下來的是交通時間，畢竟有些景點公車難等班次少，或是走一圈不用30分鐘但卻在超偏避的地方，慶州能看的東西實在太多，歷史與典籍或是傳說我能上網找，但身歷其境的經驗就必須借助city tour.
旅行之前我會先看各個景點的簡介與谷歌地圖評論，大約計畫一下參觀路線與必看的古蹟（畢竟導覽聽不懂嘛），到現場專心感受古蹟文化美景的震撼。
報名人數踴躍，壓倒性多數為本地人。三個團裡只有我與室友兩個外國人，而室友是被我拉去參加的（在下本人我本來就很喜歡看看古物古建築），然後我幫室友導覽。
除此之外，中午用餐時間我們自備麵包，所以沒有跟著導遊吃飯，省下來的時間可以專心看景點，避免為了用餐而壓縮觀賞時間。
三個行程走起路來實測最短有8000步，最多有17000步，運動量算蠻累的，而且有些步道不算好走，我們每個行程都有走完而且是完整的一圈，可以依個人體力調整。

會韓文的人參加應該體驗會更好。
如果自己沒有事先做功課，對外國人不算友好。

멀리 타국에서 여름방학을 이용해 방문중인 아이들과 경주여행을 계획하던중 날씨때문에 많은 고민을 했지만 더운날씨에 투어버스를 이용해서 알차고 편하게 잘 다녔습니다. 나름 역사에 관심많아 공부도 많이했었는데 가이드님의 설명을 듣고 더 깊게 각 유적지, 경주에 대해 알수 있었던 좋은 경험이었습니다. 다시한번.혹서기에 고생하신 가이드해주신 해설사님께 정말 감사드립니다. ^^
