The Shilla Jeju

Wonderful hotel breakfast with great variety and quality. The grounds of the hotel were massive, and made walking around a pleasure. Lotte Hotel is just nearby and you can see their facilities are more catered towards small children and family.

The concierge deserves a special mention, they gave good recommendations and were always willing to assist with requests. Rooms were not the most modern but were luxurious and clean. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, unbeatable service, amazing views and vibes :) Pastries were delectable too. But grateful if management could reduce the price of small items like coffee which was over USD10.

The hotel and grounds were fabulous. The walk way down to the beach was stunning and surf was awesome!! Walking along the beach was a highlight on my one month vacation in Korea. I really liked the band, "Kennedy and The Groove". The foods was excellent!
But the coffee needs to be stronger and less watery. Coffee is really important for the breakfast.

The hotel and grounds are lovely. Service is impeccable. Food is delicious too! No shortage of things to do.

Dinner at the Japanese restaurant was divine. Lunch at the outdoor bar was delicious.

I enjoyed the native plants garden.

Adult pool is nicely heated and the rental chaise lounges were heated! From the top and bottom. Loved it.

Great service food and we enjoyed all the facilities provide. All the staffs were all very friendly, helpful and very neat and clean looking👍🏻

A special shout to one of the staff at the entrance name Yu. Always there to greet and help with all our baggage and manage to squeeze 4 luggage into a normal taxi.

I cannot express how lucky I felt to have stayed at The Shilla Jeju with my girlfriend. The resort is beautiful and the staff are one of the best I had the experience of interacting with. I want to give a special shoutout to Gaby and Pedro who came on to perform LIVE singing (by Gaby) accompanied by Pedro on the piano.

We had the opportunity to sit down for a wine pairing event. It was a great experience until Gaby and Pedro came to raise the experience to another level. The music was incredible; we could not contain our excitement as they finished each songs. In fact, it was so good that we FOLLOWED THEM to a main area where they performed different set of songs.

We recommend people who visit Shilla Jeju to check out the venue, food, and especially, Gaby and Pedro! You will not be disappointed.

I like the room because it's so spacious And there are facilities to see and play in Shinhwa World, so I want to go there again And amusement facilities are great because you can feel the thrill!

I stayed at Shilla Jeju with my boyfriend and had an incredible experience. The service, food, and amenities were the best and we attended a wine pairing event where we healed not only our thirst but also our ears due to the super talented music duo, Gabriela and Pedro from Brazil! My boyfriend and I were so amazed at how talented these two were and watched their performance from beginning to end. Their performance was the best ending to our wondeful night and we loved our stay at Shilla! Would highly recommend for couples and families!

Beautiful hotel. Great service. We ate almost every meal at the Park View buffet and it was fabulous. Loved the ondol heated floors in the family rooms.

The facility is great, so much to do. Definitely a kid friendly, family oriented hotel/resort.

Overall, one of the best buffet reastaurants in Korea, no doubt.

If you have a special occasion to celebrate, this can be a good choice. You will be able to enjoy a festive and delicious meal.

But, if you wish to have quiet and cozy dining, think twice before booking(you may need it 3~4 weeks ahead).

It is usually fully booked and so busy around.

One of the greatest hotel you can visit

This hotel is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed. The view are prefect, the staff are nice with good English and prefect work attitude, the decoration is prefect. It comes with a nice park and only 15 mins away by walk. You will feel so relax and chill here. It also comes with a kid playing area, prefect for family! And I have to mention the breakfast and lunch buffet here is awesome! The only downside is a bit far from the downtown. But I would recommend anyone who wants to stay in Jeju and want to have a relaxing experience, just stay here!

Very happy with our stay. The rooms were clearly outdated but the rest of the hotel was beautiful and there were so many activities. We enjoyed the "camping" where they serve you Wagyu and Black Pork cooked on the spot. There were also a lot of activities for kids such as pool cinema and well worth families coming.

We came here in early nineties for our honeymoon. Came back to found the hotel to be in great shape and outstanding services. If only coffee and drink prices at the lobby lounge is more reasonable. Well, all decent hotels on Korea charge outrageous coffee price.
Magic show in the evening during this off season was fantastic. All free to guests. We found it to be better than shows in Las Vegas.

The location is very good and the buffet was excellent. Kids loved the swimming pool. By the way, they don't provide complementary dental kits so you need bring your toothbrush and toothpaste.

I have spent a very pleasant weekend in the Shilla Jeju. Room are comfortable and well equipped. Swimming pools are good. What I have really appreciated is the exceptional quality of the service (all staff to attentive) and also of the food.

We stayed at The Shilla Jeju over a snowy weekend, and it was magical. The staff was very friendly, and our room better than we could’ve hoped for.

The heated pool and outdoor sauna are wonderful especially at night, and they have movies playing over the water, so you can watch while swimming. Not to mention- glamping was so much fun!

The only downside is, everything closes pretty early, and you have to drive out a bit for late night snacks. (no one delivers to the shilla, and the room service is extremely pricey+limited in selection) Ignore this minor glitch, and you have the perfect getaway!!!
