Docomo Shop Misawa Shop

This store had staff that could speak both Japanese and English which was a pleasant experience. Walk-ins are not a thing here, so I recommend you go in the morning and work with the front staff to schedule an appointment. If you go in the morning, they usually have a slot late in the afternoon or the next day. If you're looking for an alternative phone plan that works with your unlocked phone, this place is great. Think of it as one of the big telecom giants in Japan like (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc).

They were very helpful to foreigners and scheduled a time to sit down and make sure you are taken care of. They call interpreters if needed and are very understanding. Excellent service and Docomo cell service has not let us down yet.
