Super friendly staff, phones available if you get a plan were mostly Sony or iPhone. No Samsung, Google Pixel, etc. If you're not comfortable with your japanese, let the staff know and they will use a translator via their headquarters to talk with you.

Excellent service! I had them change my sim card on my S9 with a plan for ~$70/month. This includes 50gb data, unlimited calling and text (in Japan of course). They even gave us coffee while we waited. Top notch customer service!
