ANA Holiday Inn Resort Appi Kogen Hills

A very family and tourist friendly resort with much to offer for people looking to have fun on the slopes and yet still have a relaxing time. The location is far, but the resort offers shuttles to it from stations and between each building in the resort. The rooms were large with both japanese styles beds and western styles beds. The service was great in that they offered great service for dining, getting around, english at most places, and rentals. However, one bad thing was that the reservation system for dining didn't seem to work for us in that they seem surprised about our reservations although it was confirmed with them. The slopes are great and there is very good service at lifts and the slopes are well maintained.

The staff was very nice with us, they pick us up at the train station which is quite far from the hotel or anything. They helped us with our big luggages and helped us to make reservation at a restaurant.

This was my first time staying in these condos. I don't own one, but a friend of a friend allowed us to stay. It was quite nice, and the outdoor onsen is one of the best! I've heard in the newest building there is an onsen in the basement as well.

Great place for all levels. Food choices was amazing. Not the cheapest thiugh but one of the bicer ones i have been too.

Extremely friendly staff. My car was burried in snow. They went above and beyond by getting all those snow off of my car to get me back on road.

Guest can also use public bath nearby, beside the bathroom at basement, and book private bath at Hotel AppI Grand.

Two living rooms and two beds,it's huge for two man room, barely count it as ski-in ski-out, still take some walk for snowboarder.

11月下旬　阪急トラピクスのツアーで宿泊。到着が6時過ぎたので周りは真っ暗。夕食のバイキングと温泉のみで就寝。朝、起きると周囲の自然の豊かさに感激。朝食の豊かさにも満足。お部屋もモバイルコンセント、アメニティも十分、従業員もたくさんいて皆さんしっかりしておりいいホテルでした。ツアーでなければ高額？過ぎて利用出来ないと思われるのでよかったです。

大雪のお正月に宿泊しました。スキー場はとても広くレストランも多数あり、温泉もさほど混まずゆっくりと遊び疲れた体を癒すことが出来ました。

雪遊びゾーンでは、子供と一緒に私たち親も思いっきりアクテビティを楽しむことができました。

滞在中、リンドウ2の若いフロントの方には大変お世話になりました。この場を借りてお礼を申し上げます。

こちらの方のお心遣いと臨機応変な対応のおかげで、初めての楽しいスキー旅行を子供たちの記憶に残すことができました。心から感謝いたします。

ゲレンデに直行できてベッド2つに畳のスペースがあり一部屋5人で使いました。とても広々として綺麗でした。お風呂屋も広く、サウナも大きく快適できた。

接待我們的是台灣籍服務人員，態度很親切！一樓有兩間餐廳一間需預約一間不用，離雪場一段距離可以ski in無法ski out要走一段路。房間非常大進去有個小客廳冰箱甚至是大台的，還有暖被桌，唯一缺點就是電視離床好遠沒辦法躺在床上看電視。浴室除了在洗澡時可以暖氣，也可開乾燥，濕衣服晾一個晚上一定會乾。到其他館需搭乘接駁車門口會有時間表，但晚上人多容易誤點超過五分鐘以上

房間好大，是西式+和室的組合，很舒適。飯店也是ski in/out，很方便。距離溫泉很近，bus 3分鐘就到了

短期間の滞在で利用してます。グランドやタワーと比較してリーズナブルです。スキーなどを楽しむのを前提であればこちらを、ナイトタイムも楽しみたいのであればグランドと使い分けできます。

十和田湖在跨青森和秋田兩個縣，屬十和田八幡平國立公園，奧入瀨溪流入是很美麗的湖，觀光業發達。一年四季都有不同的美適合旅遊，即使冬季也很美。
