温泉付ゲストハウス HAKONE TENT

What a great and unique place to stay. It was my birthday and they gave us ice cream with chocolate sauce. Make sure to get the cheese pizza and put honey on it, incredible! The bed rolls were super comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Very interesting building with the onsen in the basement. We booked a time slot and had a lovely time. I would recommend not using Google maps to get there! Listen to them and use their directions. We had no issues.

The staff is very friendly and polite. Sometimes communication in English is a little bit difficult but possible.
The drinks and rotating food is very delicious and quite cheap. The chill area is cosy and the offer a free kitchen (with free tea) and games to play. You can even bring your own food and drinks, you are not forced to buy something.
We had the apartment for 6 people, with a nice view of the mountains, large windows, a kitchen, dining area and sleeping area.
The highlights are the onsens, especially the one you need to reserve, is very nice.

Lovely stay! Fantastic pizzas and a good vibe. We booked the private Japanese-style room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. They also had a private onsen you can reserve upon arrival, which was a treat! Highly recommend this accommodation for visitors to Hakone Gora. We also did a hike to Mount Kintoki from here (with views of Fuji) - the bus was convenient and took about 15 minutes from the hostel to the trail start.

Getting there: I recommend you take the train to Gora Station, which is right by the hostel. We opted for the bus, which said it would include a 12 minute walk - little did we know, that walk meant ascending a long and narrow outdoor staircase with our big suitcases 😅

It's strange how quickly a place like this can feel like home. Friendly faces at the door, daily onsen, good food and drinks at the bar. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here over Christmas, everyone was very welcoming and spoke English really well, and helped us practice our Japanese a bit too! Can't recommend this place highly enough, thankyou!

I had the best stay at HAKONE TENT. My room was beautiful and comfortable with a gorgeous view, the shared facilities were clean and the staff were lovely. It’s in a really good location, only minutes from Gora station, and the hot springs were fantastic. I’d definitely visit again.

The private onsen was awesome! You can book it when you arrive for check-in. This location was nice and close to the Gora Station. The food and beer were delicious and a good price. The lasagna was really yummy! The staff speak English, and were really friendly. The room walls are thin, but it didn't matter because the quiet time was 10. I slept well here.

welcoming and super friendly staff (who speak good english as well!) is definitely the biggest draw of the place! run by young people who are clearly passionate about their job. the bar area is great and offers delicious food and drinks as well! i also loved the mix of modern and traditional elements in the interior design. they have tattoo friendly private onsens as well! the only downside is the bad noise insulation but as eveyone quieted down after 10pm it didn't end up bothering us at all! would highly recommend :)

Enjoyed my stay here so much I wanted to stay an extra night. Special thanks to the staff - Ailee and Yuki for welcoming me and making my stay enjoyable. Would definitely return one day.

Très bonne auberge, bien située pour démarrer les visites aux alentours. Leur onsen est génial. Le service est super. Possibilité de dîner sur place avec des mets simples mais bons. Leur accueil est au top. En famille, nous nous sommes régalés. Un petit bémol sur l'isolation sonore, prévoyez des bouchons oreilles. J'y retournerai sans problème.

民宿離車站算近，不過要走點10公尺小坡才會到。房間燈光偏暗，服務很好，員工英文都蠻好，所以外國客偏多。夜晚酒吧的食物都很好吃，吃完還可以泡湯，能訂到這間飯店實在很幸運，下次來箱根一定會再來的。

Pour découvrir Hakone, ce lieu est parfait et vous plonge dans l'ambiance du Japon traditionnel dès votre arrivé. Le staff a été adorable et extrêmement serviable, de très bons produits à boire et à manger (Big up pour les pizzas et la bière au citron). C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons si l'opportunité se présente !

とても感じの良いスタッフばかりで、楽しくゆったり滞在出来ました！
夕食のピザやラザニアもとても美味しく、近隣からも注文が沢山入っている割りには提供時間も問題ないと思います。
ビールの種類も地ビール含めいろいろ美味しく頂きました。
ビール頼んで、ピザが焼けるまで持ち込み食材を食べる事も可能でした。
子供がカウンターで絵を描いたり座敷？というか、テーブルの席でギター弾いたり、いろいろ置いてあるBANゲームをしたりと、料理の提供を待たされたとしても全く退屈する要素はないとおもいます。
部屋で待って出来たら呼んで貰う事も出来ます。
満点付けましたが、鍵だけもうちょっと何とかならんかな(^^;)

TENT BARの方に泊まりました。
「サラダ作るのに1時間かかると言われたが、後からきた女の客には5分で出した」とか書いている人いますけど、その「女の客」は私です。
私も「『フードは』1時間かかります」と言われましたが、さりとて頼まなければ一生来ないので、バクチで頼んだところ「早めに」きただけです。
それでも10〜15分くらいは待ったんじゃないですかね〜。
ちなみにピザは1時間以上待ちました。
クラフトビールをちびちび飲みながら頑張りました（笑）
フードの主軸をピザにしているため、オーブンが混んでの待ち時間だと思います。

私の中ではコスパ最高！最強の宿です！
4000円で個室（シングル）で温泉で貸切風呂で共有スペースと共有キッチンあってフリードリンクってズゴくないですか？
もう、ここは箱根の定宿、常宿に決定です♪

ただ、あくまでも「私の中では」なので、以下の点が気になる人はいると思います。

○建物自体は古い木造建築です。設備の古さもありますが、静かに歩いても音がします。
（部屋には大量の耳栓サービスw）

○お風呂の大きさから言って、現代では男女別の共同浴場スタイルにすることが難しいためか、1グループが何人であろうと貸切風呂です。予約制の時間帯は予約を取る煩わしさや、フリーの時間帯は待つ場合もあると思います。

○部屋数（グループ数）に対して1階BARのテーブル数が少ないです。

まぁ、それが気になるなら1人1泊3万円の宿に泊まれば？って感じですけどね…

値段も安く温泉も快適な上に住み込みの店員さんも印象が良かったです。
古民家を改装したゲストハウスであり、かつ、部屋と廊下を仕切っているのが紙の障子のみなので、廊下から声は丸聞こえです。それを許容出来る方であればなんも不満もありません
