If you have luggage from Kansai Airport T1, go to Bus Bay 12. Better take bus than train and enjoy the scenic ride. Recommended to shop at Coach, Under Armour & Tag Hauer as they offered genuine low price after discount. Remember to visit the Seaside overlooking the Bridge to Kansai. Otherwise, you will regret it. For Muslims, there is a prayer room beside Tully's coffee.

First destination from our long-tour was here. I get to try a pork-ramen and it was so tasty! Wish I could spend more time enjoying the view at the beach, the wind and the warmth of the sun 😭 it was perfect.

Good deals of your a tourist and can get tax exemption. Otherwise, things are cheaper but not significantly so. Still, plenty of options to check out different brands. I recommend going there with enough time to do a lot of window shopping. Parking isn't free so keep that in mind, the parking in Nitori offers one hour free but gets expensive quickly after that.

Nice place to shop for premium items and a very convenient walk and gives a very beautiful scenic view of Bay Area.

Very big & the goods there are considerably cheap with lots of discount. From the train station, it is around 10 minutes walk. No worry if you are hungry because there are many restaurants. When i go to Osaka next time, I'll surely come here to shop.

Good place to visit for shopping when you arrived/departure at Kansai International Airport.

Big shopping outlet, a lot of coin lockers, big parking lot,restaurants and shops. Walk 2 min.from Rinku station. Don’t miss to spend money here.

There are so many tourists because it is near at Kansai Airport. One good thing also is that some Japanese staff try their best to speak in English to accommodate their customers.

Sorry but I am not impressed by the sale, maybe I have been to many outlets and now it's just that they all look and have the same tired design. Didn't manage to get anything despite walking around. The food court however has a great view over the sea. Highly recommended if you want to sit and relax. Sadly I didn't have enough time to relax at the beach. Maybe next time. If you have time to spare you can visit.

When you land in KIX Osaka, this is the first place that you can visit
Very near from the airport (only 1 station from kix)
You can put the luggage on the station or at Rinku (my suggestion is to put on Rinku, place on the cafetaria/canteen)

Very big outlet. The infrastructure gives us the feel of Dubai it’s very near to station so we don’t need to walk too much the price is very reasonable and there are so many brands to choose from. So please visit and if you are foreigner then there is additional discount so you need to show passport

Rinku outlet mall has onitsuga tiger, UGG, addidas, Nike, puma, Birkenstock, lot of local and international brands. There have summer sale and New year sale depending on the season.

Just 1 stop away from Kansai International Airport. Will always plan 1-2 night stay at Rinku station nearby hotels to shop at rinku town before going back home.

Just beside a shopping mall with ferris wheel- it has food court , restaurants and arcades.

In Osaka region I think it’s the best outlet with a wonderful sea view 😊

A must for all shopping fanatics. This place is an excellent alternative to go shopping while in kansai region. Sale is available whole year round. You can never go wrong when shopping here. Easily accessible via train with passage walk from the station connecting to the outlet.

Very close to kix. I used to go every time when i visit Osaka. There are new extension for this outlet. Most important it still offer 20-30 off when it is normal time. I would suggest to come before flight or come first before entering the city. Subscribe to my youtube for more video

I visited Gotemba (near Tokyo) and Rinku premium outlet. Rinku has several good brands which are not in Gotemba, and vice versa. So this place is worth for visiting.
Rinku has pretty much lesser crowd than Gotemba but the facility is as good as Gotemba (seating bench, toilet, various restaurants).
Rinku has 2 section: Main Area and Seaside Area, separated by the street but they have bridge connecting both area.
