HATAGO INN Kansai Airport

The hotel was of really great value. This was just less than 8 minutes walk from the metro station. There were Lawson right next to the hotel and Family Mart a block away. The hotel itself was 20% cheaper than all the nearby hotels but it was of great quality. The room was clean and huge. There was a Japanese public bath on the 1/F. The staff was nice and willing to help. The buffet breakfast was okay - can’t expect more with this price. The only bad thing about this was the room facing the main road may have a little bit of noise from the traffic outside.

A very comfortable hotel with is near to the Kaisai Airport. It's suitable for those late/ midnight flight. Public area is spacious with lots of Japanese comic books. Breakfast is also simple but delicous!

Amazing, best motel i been to in Japan. Cheap prices and they got an anime library. Bloody awesome. Staff can speak english. Reply fast to questions via email.

If you have luggage, coming from the train station, you can take the upper bridge until you pass the hospital and walk down to cross the street.

You may be able to take an escalator in the hospital or inside Washington hotel, but I didn't feel comfortable trying

Overall for the price, Definitely 10000% worth it

Hatago Inn was perfect for our one night. Rooms are very small compared to American standards - but this was expected. Rooms look brand new, bathrooms had lots of water pressure.
Walls are not well insulated, so may not be the best place for screaming children.
Loved there was a spa downstairs. We would absolutely come back.

Greatest value in the KIX airport area. Expected a business hotel, but Hatago is so much more. 10-minute walk from Rinku Town station (which is 5 mins from the airport) with most of the walk on an elevated walkway (take Exit #5 and just keep walking). Easy check in and great seating area on the main floor filled with Japanese and English Manga to enjoy. This area also serves as the breakfast area from 6:30, which we unfortunately couldn't try because of an early flight. Friendly staff explained the public bath information at check in and it's definitely worth trying it out. The bath is open until late (midnight) and early (from 5am), so we went down twice during our 1-night stay. We reserved 2 twin rooms (family of 4) and the staff put them right next to each other (not facing the main road which made for a quiet sleep). Rooms were spotless with their own washroom/shower/bath (should you not want to try the public bath). Comfortable twin beds (but the pillows weren't the greatest) and hardwood floors in the rooms! There are laundry machines downstairs, which we didn't use, with a small load washed and dried for 500 yen (you don't even need to add the soap). There's also a convenience store (Lawson's) right next to the hotel, very convenient. We loved our stay and we feel it's definitely worth the extra walk for the amenities and the great value. It's our new go-to for early morning flights :)

It’s located by Rinku town station next to Kansai international airport station.
It takes more than five minutes on foot but it’s very easy to get to,and it would be difficult to get lost even if you are not familiar with Osaka.
It’s convenient to visit before or after going traveling.

It’s a new hotel and has a convenience store on the ground floor.there’s an artwork of bonsai small tree in the entrance, it’s beautiful and suitable for the location as an entrance of Osaka.
Rooms and public spaces are cool and calm. My room on the 4th floor has some calligraphy artworks made me feel relaxed.

It is a little far from Rinku Station, but if you have small luggage its worth the walk. Check in is effortless. The Lawson supermarket next door is great for topping up cards. Love the water pressure, modern laminate floors means no dust, Aircon controls are modern and precise. Hot and Cold taps are great, precise hot water all the time and there is a second basin in the room. Semi blackout blinds means you need to sleep through the bright sunlight at 4am. Shopping and restaurants nearby means that you never run out of things to do.

Great place to stay near airport...I love publish bath. Next is Lawson.

We stayed here because we got in very late to Kansai and this hotel counldnt me more convent. It's just one stop from KIX via rail and walking distance from the station. The staff was very welcoming and they offer a ton of amenities. I love the comfortable lobby, filled with manga for you to read. The onsen was nice and relaxing after a 10+ hour flight. the rooms are a decent size and has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. They offer breakfast in the mornings (free with some bookings and a small charge for others) and food options within walking distance. The Lawson convince store is just outside to to left of the hotel on the same block. I would defiantly stay here again the next time I am in Rinku Town.

wonderful hotel close to the airport. Extremely clean, onsen was great and so close to a train station for travel.

Fine place to stay for the night before a flight. Laundry machines are 2 in 1 and you lock it with a code and it’s easy to use. Tall shower good for someone who is a 6’3 American and staff and I were able to communicate easily enough although, I didn’t need complex help.

Near airport, suitable for car, parking is free, new hotel, new onsen

Walking distance to Rinku Town station. Rooms are clean and hotel is modern. Room size is slightly larger than the average business hotel room (I can fully open my large suitcase). There’s a Lawson just downstairs, cosmos pharmacy/supermarket nearby and a yakiniku place across the road! Highly recommended if you need a stay near the airport.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, a great blend of traditional and modern Japanese design and decoration. The onsen was heavenly, it was wonderful to get a good soak in after a long day. The location is great, about a 5-10 minute walk to the station, one stop down from the Osaka airport, but about 45 minutes from Osaka downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here for the proximity to the airport, not the city of Osaka. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a great a stay here!

This is a very nice hotel! It’s spotless—I tried to find a speck of dust and couldn’t. The hotel is quite minimal, but for its purpose as an airport hotel, the amenities provided is more than enough. The bed is comfy, breakfast is provided at a reasonable cost, and there is a laundry room. Also, the hotel has a public bath, which is a plus after a long flight or a long business day!
