le pionnierの小池秀樹シェフが本当に美味しいものを提供するために、立ち上げたレストランです。

場所はle pionnierと同じですが、こちらは個室専門となっており
また、コースについても直接シェフと相談し決めていただく事もできます。（使う素材を指定するということもできるので、ヴィーガンの方も楽しめると思います）

味については都内の高級フレンチ以上で、内容に対しての価格は非常に満足のいくものです。

「フレンチは量が少ない」というのが定番ですが、Overtureは量についても相談できるので、そこも非常に良いです。

まさに、専属のシェフが自分の為に料理をしてくれる。
そんな素晴らしいレストランです。
