Great customer service! My 7 year old goes here and really enjoys it. We speak enough Japanese and they speak enough English for everyone to get by. 😅

子供３人、小学１年生からお世話になっております。学校にプールがないので、助かっています。うちは週一回だけですが、学校や塾の宿題も忙しいので、それくらいが丁度いいです。

子供がスイミングで通っています。
初心者クラスですが、人数が多くて水に入ってる時間が短く上達がゆっくりです。初心者クラスこそ少人数でやってほしいです。スタッフ不足なのか他のクラスも合同でやったりしているのが残念です。
更衣室やロビーでの子供たちの行動にまで注意がいかないのか、危ないなと思うことがたまにあります(上級生による暴言、暴力、階段の出窓でふざけているなど)バスで通っている子が多いのでその辺も注意して見ていただけたらと思います。

コーチはとても優しく、少しでも出来ると褒めてくださるので子供も嬉しそうに、楽しく通っています。
