We unfortunately booked a Ski trip for 2025 with Ria from Elite havens Japan through Airbnb, we paid a non refundable deposit for accommodation for 7 days.
We then booked flights for 10 people to Japan at a cost of $16000.
Elite haven sent us a message after the booking was made and said we need to pay $10,000 more.
They then cancelled the booking and we are left with no accommodation.

Unfortunately our flights were booked and properties are now taken due to the peak season.

Ria has lied many times on the phone saying they will no longer list with Airbnb although the property is now listed for our dates for 10,000 more .
I would suggest you don’t book with Ria or any of the Elite Havens as you will get nothing but lies.
This will cost you thousands of dollars and many disappointed kids missing out on their trip to Japan.
