車を運転しない人に試飲(3種類)が付いてきます。入場料も無料。けっこう見ごたえもありました。

Parking is not close / convenient and if it is, it is not well marked. The hours are horrible - it closes relatively early each day. Free tastings are available until 15 minutes before closing - the more interesting and rare whiskies offered for tasting can only be tried at the library and this closes even earlier! Regardless, the grounds are charming and full of history. Worth a stop for whiskey drinkers (with their designated drivers of-course) before/after Otaru.
