The staff are nice and helpful, they can speak fluent English. There is a transfer service from and to Ureshino station, and they have contacted me proactively. The price is fair and this is the best Onsen hotel in my life.

Very nice and relax hot springs hotel, good for family with children, the dinner at the restaurant is delicious! Had a wonderful time there. Great for driving travelers.

Beautiful hotel grounds and excellent staff. While the exterior and common areas have been well upgraded, I believe the rooms and onsen could do with a bit more maintenance to match the rest of the property. Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay with very helpful staff and interesting retail options within the hotel.

Best hotel in Ureshino. Staff members have warmly welcomed us and provided detail explanation to us. The room's condition was great and the view was great either. I would like to visit here if I can.

I visited the foot onsen and the tea shop.
Highly recommended the tea shop, the chef prepared tea and cake so beautifully, it was a mesmerising experience to watch and the tea has a unique flavour I have not tasted before. It takes about 30 minutes to enjoy the tea properly, I wish we had had more time to stay and enjoy the place.

Authentic Japanese Onsen Ryokan. Wonderful service, amazing food and drinks, museum quality displays, Japanese hot spring bath. Little pricy and must do everything in a good Japanese manners and it is worth every penny!

I love it. Will stay here again. Nearby have exciting adult places, there is a nearby drug store that is 24hrs. The breakfast can improve, coffee serve during breakfast is bad.

The onsen here is very nice. Didn't stay just used the onsen but it's really nice, there is an outdoor and indoor one and it's big.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and clean, the onsets were luxurious, the food was fresh and delicious (we opted to have 2 meals provided) and the resort had just the right amount of things to do for a restful time. Guests have access to all the books in the bookstore so I spent a good amount of time reading and having well-brewed tea!
