Being from Vancouver Canada this store is AMAZING!!! They literally have everything from high end watches (which I purchased and love) and electronics, sporting goods to alcohol, food and toiletries. The customer service which is standard in Japan is absolutely amazing and makes me hate coming back to Canada. I shop here every time I'm in Japan as my wife's family lives near by and will continue every time we come to visit. SONO CHYOSHI DE GANBATTE!!

My Seiko Astron has been worn almost everyday for two years and is still in almost new condition. Picked this up here cheaper than any other place I found in Tokyo even in pawn shops (for that model year).

You can find many things at fair prices. It's been our go-to place for tourist SIM chips for our phones to a new fannie pack ti a rain cover for my backpack to sake, shochu and my Bombay Sapphire gin.

I was there to look for a blutooth earbud and the service by sony promoter was exceptional he was very helpful, always happy to offer option without being a pushy sales person. And I end up buying a pair of Nural blutooth earbuds and wife is very happy with it as sound is great and the battery life is 5 hours for music and another 5 hours of charge in the carrying case.

Always a good place for family as it has almost everything for all ages

Good part of this shop as compare to other stores they have kids toys area where they sell toys with bit less price & always have some offers,

Currently they are accepting payment Bitcoin as payment option too

They have Czech beer, the original Plzeňský Prazdroj (Pilsner Urquell in German) in their liqueur store. And their laptop selling staff is very friendly and helpful. We also love their Tomica car models stand.

Fully loaded with any electrical gadget you can think of. Remember Japan uses 110 volt not 240volt if your buying electrical products which use a plug. Happy shopping

Huge big camera, with all the electronic items you could think of. Runs on multiple floors, you can use escalators inside the store but elevators are outside (common to all LaZona stores).

Best among all shops but staffs must be educated how to assist foreigners. They don't how to deal with the customer who has Forex card other than any credit card.

Everything you need is here...and you can try everything before you buy. You can even try out the massage chair for free. The staffs are always willing to help. Loved the visit.

This store has many kind of robotic vacuums. My 2-year-old son enjoys them very much.

Bic Camera is my favorite electronics store in Japan, and the Kawasaki Lazona store is one of the best out of all the other Bic Camera stores, it's very big and it has alot of things you can find.

I beleive they have everything available on display here. Same as J&R in NY may be more. Big store.
