Great place to relax.

Female only bathing area very quiet and lots of different areas to relax. Personal favourite was the bubble beds. Being from the UK and not used to process it would be good to note you need to remove robe and underwear in the female only locker room just before you enter the bathing room, no towels to be taken in either. Make sure when you enter any of the baths you use the water fountain to wash your body. It is a very respectful environment. No need for swimwear.

If you get too hot there is a cold bath next to saunas.

I paid extra for the heated sauna. It's a great thing to do if you want a quiet area to lie down and read/sleep.

Food was nice, nothing special although lots of variety.

Please note when you leave there may well be a large queue to pay, if you are catching public transport ensure you leave enough time. I needed at least 30mins.

We love this place much. Great place for relaxing and to cure the tiredness after long travel around the town. Checking in was easy. I get to wear my first yukata, we get to choose the design. This place has a lot of hot bath which able to accommodate large crowd of customer. However hot bath temperature is too high for me. Foot soak is fun and temperature was good.

We paid an extra amount for the salt rock sauna, it was uncomfortable at first because sleeping on the hard rock, but after a while, I can definitely feel that my body is lighten with toxin..

After the hot bath, they provide facilities for shower and drying which fully equipped.

Besides, they have a great variety of food and the price is much cheaper than outside. They are delicious and fresh. You will never get hungry in there. Besides, they do provide free water and green tea, you will never get dehydrated.

They also have a large rest area, with massage chair and television. I feel relaxed and asleep.

Checkout was easy too. Entrance ticket fees is definitely worth the price which you can the entire day without noticing.

This is a great place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle from the city. Once you enter, you can spend the whole day here and use the facilities as much as you want. There are different baths which provide different benefits with water pumped from natural underground volcanic springs.

There are various food stalls and the prices are not too expensive. There's also an area with reclining chairs to lie down and relax/sleep if you want to take a break from the spa/baths.

An onsen themed park with many food, drinks and games stalls built into the park. It has many pools and an outdoor area for foot spa. The food here is great and portion is good too. You can spend half a day here and be well rested and entertained. Good for groups and couples to come. The spa is sodium chloride water and there are 4 types of pool. The less hot, the more hot, the cold and the outdoors. There is a steam sauna and a jacuzzi in there too. You can spend an hour in there to recover from your tiredness and stress. After that you can enjoy yourselves with the many restaurants and games stalls around. The staff here are all English friendly and very hospitable. A 5 star experience for me.

An amazing experience. A great hot spring theme park if you are in Tokyo. The springs are refreshing and there is enough space to accommodate the many people there. There are also massages, thought they are fairly pricey. Many great food options in the main area, all very delicious and not too expensive. You also wear a traditional clothing. A great way to relax and have fun at the same time! Highly recommended!

This is a very cool place to spend an afternoon! Plenty of food selections, Japanese festival games, and the beer is pretty good, too! There's an outdoor rocky stream walk, they claim that it's an excellent foot massage; if you have tender feet like me, it will be more torturous than therapeutic! The baths are pretty standard fare as far as onsen go, but they are nice all the same. The baths are mostly indoor, but there are a couple of outdoor soaking pools.

Great place to visit while in Tokyo. Hint : there is a discounted price after 6 pm! We went on a Saturday night and there were a lot of people, without feeling too crowded because it is a big place. The baths are very nice, especially the outside part. There are instructions in English everywhere, so it's a smooth experience even it's your first time at an onsen. There are plenty of food options available at reasonable prices (more expensive than outside, but not extortionate). Basically, the entrance fee covers entry to all public areas which include dining room and food court, tatami room, male and female baths, mixed outdoors foot bath area, and a room with lounging chairs and TVs for relaxing. Other services (massages and other such treatments) come as extras. You wear a bracelet with a key to your locker and a bar code which is scanned every time you buy food or a service, and you pay the total bill at the end. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Tokyo!

Wow. Just wow. Spend a day here. Fun things for the kids or a great date for the adults. Food, drink. But best of all a great massage, a relaxing day in the hot tubs and sauna, and fish food therapy. For not much money. Come out relaxed and rejuvenated. Especially after a few days of walking up stairs to see shrines and temples!

Pretty large bath house with food courts and separate and mixed gender areas. Could have more baths facilities and less food. There’s also a motel upstairs and capsule hotel on first floor. Stays open really late. Pretty good deal for the price especially if you enter after 18:00 when it’s a cheaper entrance fee.

I really enjoyed this place. You wear yukata while inside and everything is nicely decorated so you feel like in the movie about Japan. I got a back massage which felt really good. I love sauna and hot baths, so I spend good 3 hours just in the pools. I didn’t try any food, but 2 beers at the end were the perfect finish. If your flight is early in the morning, you can stay here over night. They have extra lockets (400 yen) for bigger luggage. (Not for the extra massive though).

This place is great. So it’s a big indoor replica of edo period and spa. No need to carry cash or card after you change into your kimono because your wrist band has a bar code to charge everything. The whole thing is easy and hassle free. There are games and lots of restaurants inside which means you can spend the whole day going in and out of the baths, sauna, and massages while spending the day with your special someone. Overall I will come back here with my kids now that my wife and I went as it is an amazing experience.

Pretty good place to chill! The hot baths are good to enjoy and relax. After soaking, you will feel tired and ready to sleep!
You can even bring your laptop and just hang here all day, there's some arcade games like Mario kart and a lounge for watching TV.

Beware though, it gets pretty busy on the weekends! If you do come weekend, it's best to come early around 1pm or 3pm. Evening will definitely be a long line!

I loved it. There's a whole in indoor summer festival where you can play games try new food and even purchase sweets. They have several different baths including cold, Lukewarm, shallow jacuzzi, sodium chloride bath, a super hot brown water bath. Two more baths outside one with personal wooden tubs the other mimics an outdoor pond. They also have a sauna, foot bath, and a steam room. Massages available for an extra charge. Towels and buddy washes included. No tattoos are allowed though. Cost 2100yen.

Amazing place. The baths are very good and help you relax. They have saunas too and offer massages to those who are willing to pay. There is also a "foot bath course" outside, where you can sit and bathe your feet or walk along the course on pointy rocks to massage your feet - the latter is not recommended if you feel pain easily. The food inside is also very good and I recommend the stand where they sell crêpes. They also sell huge portions of shaved ice with sirup inside!

You can easily spend a few hours here. We tried both outdoor and indoor onsen baths. Change rooms were clean. They have restaurants inside. Food quality was decent. Price was reasonable. There were games and live entertainment when we were there. The admission fee is lower after 6pm. They also have shuttle buses to the nearest subway station. Check the schedule on their website.

Absolutely staggeringly beautiful. There is a damn good reason this onsen is so popular, and that’s because you can’t go wrong picking it; less than thirty dollars entry for access to numerous indoor and outdoor baths, sauna rooms, and an entire indoor traditional-style market. It’s a top-tier visit both solo or with friends. Even if you’re a nervous tourist like me - do it, especially at night; the view of the stars from the outdoor baths is stunning. Will undoubtedly visit upon the next chance I get.

Loved the experience here! There are complimentary lockers for shoes, lockers for your clothes for changing into the lovely yukata, and then more free lockers in the bath areas for storing the yukata and phones etc. You pay with your main locker key/wristband inside the main area for food/drinks/souvenirs. The baths are really great, large variety of hot baths inside and outside, bubbly and still. There is also a cold bath which is very refreshing! Make sure to wash your body with soap at the sitting washing stations before getting into the baths. We went during night so some of the attractions were closed, but was still a very full experience. Can't wait to come back to Japan !

So I've been here twice and loved it every time. It's not that authentic or off-beat (though I'm pretty sure it's legit hot springs) but it's well organized and perfect for for families and tourists. I've been to a couple onsen where the view from the baths are perfect (mountains or in a gorgeous garden) but what this place might lack in small town charm and seclusion, it makes up with in sheer commercialization. A bit over priced but it's literally a theme park for hot springs so you should expect that going in.

An excellent experience! The price was reasonable and it wasn't too over crowded. There were plenty of indoor activities, which was a bit pricey compare to the prizes you can win, but there were plenty of excellent eateries. People are generally active even late at night. The best part was the auditorium full of personal sofa chairs where you lay back and go to sleep. Overall, it was terrific experience.

Great way to spend a few relaxing hours. Try to go on off peak hours. They provide all amenities, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, skincare products ( toner, lotion) hair brushes, hair dryer. Its great value for the price. Just bring makeup, and extra for food, or massage. Add this to your last day, or mid trip, after so much walking in Tokyo, your body will thank you. Would be good for overnights too. The chairs in the tv relaxation room are quite comfortable, and recline. As long as your not a light sleeper. Quite a few snorers there.
