If you are interested in Suzuki automobile and motorbikes. This is the place for you. You get to see some iconic bikes. You can also visit the Yamaha Communication Hall at one go. Takes around 60-120mins of stay at here.

The museum sits exactly in front of the Suzuki HQ.
It showcases the history of the company and the products.
The collection is good for basic information about the company.
The museum extends over three floors.
The average time to finish the tour is around 30-45 min.
May like to come with family as there are good shows which tell about the basics of automobiles.

I went there 3 times. Got to know about history of Suzuki which started from handlooms and then to bicycle, bike and cars.
The journey of car making from concept to reality was well displayed.
3D show was awesome.
Souvenir car was small scale model of XBee.
Indian stall was best.

Highly recommended to visit this place if you are in Hamamatsu city! It is located only 10 minutes on foot from the station. You can learn how the automobiles are made in Suzuki factory. You will see many kinds of cars, motorbikes, marine engines and other machines from Suzuki here. You also can explore the miracles of Hamamatsu city.

We probably spent two hours here on a week day. It’s free, but I think they like you to have reservations. We didn’t, but we had no problems getting in and parking is free on site.

Note: Advance admission reservation via internet is required. However, it is flexible to some extent during the off-season.
From the invented automatic loom to motorcycles to the latest cars, Suzuki's notable models are preserved in perfect condition. You can enjoy the story of the first motorcycle "Suzuki Power Free" and the car "Suzulight" in the video. And watch Hamamatsu in the 1960s with the latest video technology. It's not just classic cars. You can check out the latest Katana and Hayabusa.

In addition, a concrete explanation of how the Suzuki factory is designed, developed, and operated is displayed. And watch the movement of the industrial robot and enjoy the model of the full-scale manufacturing lane.

It is also possible to purchase Suzuki accessories that are original to the head office.

There is free parking, an electric car charger and a clean barrier-free toilet.

A history museum adjacent to Suzuki Motor Corporation. Suzuki was founded in 1909. The head office near Hamamatsu station was burnt down in the war and moved here in 1947. Suzuki's corporate motto is, "If we can reduce costs, we will omit even the engine. Make such efforts. Cheap prices will make customers happy."

A must visit for automobile and bike enthusiast. Easy access from Tokyo via Shinkansen to Hamamatsu station then JR train to Takatsuka station one stop away. Very detailed display on the design process, prototyping, manufacturing, factories inside Japan and around the world. There is also a history display from the beginning of the company in textile machines to bicycle, motorised bicycle, bike and then automobiles and 4wd.
