Everything was very well, the room amazing, the own hot spring fantastic and the food unique. Perfect hotel for relaxing holidays. I recommend to stay minimum 2 days, 1 day would be too little. The staff is super friendly. Thank you very much!

This place was awesome. There was a private open air heated bath outside the room. Cost up to $700 per night back in 2017. Very nice exterior garden for a stroll. They provided a Kaiseki meal for dinner. Most of the meal tasted good but I did not care for the snail seafood. The clam was too chewy. Service was great and they were attentive. They also had a massage chair in the room. Very pricy and almost luxurious ryokan with your very own private onsen.

This was my first time at a Japanese hot spring and I loved it. The breakfast the next morning was great too. Overall it was a great experience for me but I also had the benefit of going with a Japanese native. I was impressed with the room we stayed in and the beautiful garden outside of our door

I was staying at Koganezaki suite during my holiday for 2 days. This room is with open air hot spring bath. It's very convenient for couples and lovers to enjoy the Japanese Onsen together. Room is Japanese style with a living room and a sleeping room, al with tatami. All staff are very friendly and nice. Dining is good, breakfast and dinner are traditional and delicious. The hotel has a very beautiful Japanese garden, you could take good pictures, especially during the night. Very nice stay in this hotel.

The landscaping is so amazing. The buildings are seamlessly blended in the nature. The only sounds are from birds and water. The service is top grade. Mariko, our host was so warm. Our 3 year old was spoiled with gifts from the staff. Would love to come back.

Very nice ryokan, lovely rotenburo, and a nice hinoki wooden bath in the room itself. The food is outstanding, Michelin star class and a great selection of sake to taste from. This ryokan also has two private baths that you can reserve in the lobby, just in case you want to bathe with your family or in some more privacy.
About an 1100 yen taxi ride from Atami station. Very recommended!!

Amazing service, and lovely facility. Clean rooms. Private bathhouse is available. The kaiseki meals are incredible. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time.

2024年1月に訪問しました。

熱海駅からはタクシーで向かいました。
生憎の雨でしたが、旅館の敷地内では素敵な傘を貸してくださいました。
敷地内は階段などもありベビーカーは利用できなかったので、小さいお子様をお連れの方は抱っこ紐を利用してください。
お部屋は古民家のようなテイストで非常に心が落ち着きました。子ども用の布団なども準備してくださっていました。

食事も非常に美味しかったです。こちらも子ども用のごはんや味噌汁を準備してくださっていました。

大浴場には行けなかったのですがお部屋の温泉も十分に素敵で日頃の疲れを癒し、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。

妹と姪との女子旅、良い思い出ができました。

15年前ぐらいの こちらの旅館は今とは違い古き数寄屋造りの老舗旅館といった感じで、今思えば古き侘び寂びを味わいとして感じられない若さがあった私です。今となれば存分に楽しめたであろう。離個室、露天風呂、会席料理、もう少し楽しめたのかと、、、ただいまみると洗面台や古く感じた部分がリニューアルされて、熱海もまだ古びた感じだったのもいまや素晴らしくアップデートされ、こちらの老舗旅館も光を取り戻したようです。熟した自分と共に訪れたい旅館です。

熱海から歩くと３０分くらい。
送迎車はないとのこと。タクシーで行くか迷っていると近くに観光になっている起雲閣がある。
そこからだと、歩いて１０分ほど。
基本的に坂道が多いので、１０分も楽な道のりではないけど。

３０００坪の敷地を専有してる旅館。
道路を飛び越え、宿泊施設、温泉、食事場所が存在している。

離れの客室は、内温泉風呂や２階もありゆったりと過ごせる。
割と快適。
ゆっくりするならこちらの宿は良いと思う。

ご飯は、外れない。
ご飯を自慢にする宿よりよっぽど美味。
お酒に酔って唐揚げを追加したらそれも美味。

卒なく行き届いたサービスも安心して過ごせる。

すごい高額でもなく、低額でもなく。
価格以上に見合う質だと思う。

旅館の全てがハイレベルでした。女将さんは優しく、どのスタッフも丁寧な対応でした。あいにくの小雨でしたが、露天風呂、石畳の小道、なにもかも風情を感じるものばかりでした。夕食はとても豪華で満腹になりました。また来たいです。
