Compared to most other gyms in the area this one is a bit larger and has more equipment to choose from, while not the cheapest the prices are still affordable and they also offer a great deal of courses additionally. Included is also the use of the sauna and bath. As a foreigner you can pay with cash, bank transfer or credit card (foreign credit cards are also accepted). However for making the contract a bit of Japanese knowledge is useful. Staff is very friendly and will always try to help you

コーチさんも優しく教えてくれ色々な運動器具が、有り自分のペースでやれて、お風呂、マッサージ器も有りいいですね。残念なのが、お一人使えるシャワー室が、あると💯💮ですね
