Cafe Pamplemousse

We were cycling around the city when we passed by this cute cafe by the river but we didn’t go inside yet. After visiting the museums, we looked for a cafe online with great reviews and saw Cafe Pamplemousse. We were overwhelmed of what we saw inside... RUBBER DUCKIES EVERYWHERE!!! Their pancakes were really good. It was an awesome find.

The desserts here are absolutely delicious, and the pancakes are so filling you may honestly need to split with someone else. The cafe itself is adorable, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I visited in the evening, and the place had such a nice ambiance with candles lit throughout. Was a great evening treat and a wonderful first experience.

Absolutely loved this cafe. The atmosphere and decor and even the music selection are great. The pancakes and coffee were amazing! Wish there was a cafe like this in my city! If you’re in Akita, don’t miss it!

Quite an interesting theme of this café. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, tasty food and friendly staff members. I quite enjoyed my visit here. Tried a vegetable dish and a dessert, both were very nice and tasty. Highly recommended for visitors, though portions of savory dishes maybe small for some customers. Overall well complemented with the nice location and accessibility.

It was a very cold afternoon in Akita and this cosy Cafe was a blessing for us. The place is extremely cosy and it was a juvenile atmosphere filled with rubber ducks and kids story books. The menu is super broad serving both sweet and savory food. Dishes are massive so go there on an empty stomach! For some might be perceived as slightly pricy but given the quantities the price is highly justified 😊

I wanted to eat pancakes, and ended up going to Pamplemousse. Absolutely delicious! The restaurant is, oddly enough, full of rubberducks, which added a certain kind of charm to it all. You could also find old children's storybooks as well as recipebooks around the cafe. Service was also great.

We stumbled across this cafe, it is an unique cafe where all the shop is decorated with yellow robber duck, they specialise in Pancakes. The whole experience at this cafe was a different one I would highly recommend if you stop by Akita central.

秋田旅行の際に口コミを見て伺いました。
平日19時に伺いました。
閉店間近ということもあり、
他に客はおらず快適でした。
パンケーキはふわふわで上の生クリームは口の中で一瞬で消えてしまうので重さを感じません。
油で揚げないフライドポテトは、名前の通り油で揚げていないので揚げ物特有の重さもなく、たくさん食べれます。
罪悪感もありませんし、何より健康的です。

珈琲も美味しかったです。
カフェですがアルコール提供もあります。
あひるがたくさんいたり、手書きのメニューであったりとかわいい要素がたくさんあります。
日中は若い人で賑わっていそうです。
また行きたいです。
閉店1時間前くらいが空いていて良いです。

アヒルがいっぱいの店内は可愛らしく、座席間隔も十分でゆったりできます。
専用駐車場はお店の隣に2台分ほどだけでしたが、近くのコインパーキングを使った場合、2,000円以上のお会計で1時間は無料になりました。
エビとアボカドのパンケーキが特に美味しいです。

秋田駅から徒歩15分ほどの距離です。川を渡ってすぐです。
意外と広い店内で驚きました。店内は寒いので防寒をしっかりした方がいいと思います。
店内には本やアヒルの人形がたくさんあったりとオシャレな雰囲気のお店です。非常に混雑してました。
今回はカフェオレとパンケーキを頼みましたが、カフェオレの量が多すぎてびっくりです！美味しかったです！パンケーキは厚いケーキに生クリームやアイスなどがのっていて、とても美味しかったです！また、ボリューム満点でした！またきたいですね！
