Crowne Plaza - ANA Okayama, an IHG Hotel

The staff's English is fluent, so communication is not a problem to foreign travelers like us.

The service is great too. The front desk is active and hospital.

The location couldn't be better. The hotel is right next to the Okayama station, which makes it pretty easy no matter you need to take a bus or train. The room is clear, large, and comfortable.

In short, it's a very nice experience staying at the hotel, and I will consider this hotel in priority if I visit Okayama again.

I went for breakfast and they had a nice mix of local and "Westernish" food. I highly recomend the local curry they created!

Excellent location next to Okayama Station. Great lounge hours and services. Standard room a bit small 18m² but suitable for business travelers. Executive lounge floor is the best choice with good service.

Cozy and warm atmosphere. They actually have a lot of Japanese whiskeys! First time to taste Okayama whiskey!

Very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. The entire staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The sky bar staff were amazing and made us feel so welcomed. Special mention to Mr. Arata Iwasaki ( hope you did well on your English exam) and for the extra special treatment from Ms. Mina Sakae and especially to Mr. Akira Sasaki.

Extremely comfortable, quiet accommodation with excellent breakfasts. The staff were wonderful. Great position near train station, food and shopping. Short trip to the beautiful Korakuen Gardens.

We stay at this hotel from Nov 27 to Dec 1st.
* Great location, right next to the JR station with covered pathway.
* Clean room, good size.
* All the staff are friendly are professional.
* Happy hour lounge access with cocktails is perfect, great views.
* We sent our suitcase from Matsuyama to the hotel via Yamato transport before arrival & it was unfortunately damaged. The front desk staff (Ms Sayoko Nagamitsu & Ms Ling Guan) were extremely helpful in following up with Yamato such that compensation was promptly settled with Yamato prior to our check out. We especially want to thank Nagamitsu-san who go out of her way with extra effort to make sure we can enjoy our stay & check out smoothly. Excellent customer service.

Hotel location is unbeatable with a bridge connecting it to the JR station and malls…rooms were large by Japanese standard and spotless….there’s also a convenient store located next to the hotel building…if u get a high floor…the views from the rooms are also terrrific

Near train station and connecting shopping centre. Room is clean. You can even request for special tailored pillow. Great experience.

The staff here are super friendly and ready to help. The room I had was big compared to the rooms I've had in Tokyo.

The hotel is almost directly connected to Okayama station so it was very easy to get to. Just use the west exit from the station and walk along the bridge. The sign is quite large so easy to find.

Would definitely stay here again, especially with the very reasonable prices for the rooms.

I prefer this hotel when I am on business trips in Okayama. It is closely convenient to the main train station, rooms have more space and better amenities compared to other typical Japanese business hotels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to English-speaking guests. I saw two rooms, and they were both comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is extremely convenient, as it is just across an elevated walkway from the train station.

Great experience. There’s a Coco’s curry house just a block from the hotel. Underground parking garage ¥1250/night. The breakfast was just ok. Views were beautiful.

the closest hotel to Okayama Station, where you can find a shopping mall plus gourmet food court. small but not too small, with the large window and fridge packed with free drinks, as well as the reasonable price, it's the best choice to explore the area.

The hotel is very well located near the station. People are very kind and dedicated. Rooms have everything you need and the sky bar is a place not to be missed !
