訳あって精神薬を自宅近くでもらわないといけなくて、他の薬局は断られてしまったが、こちらが受け付けてくれました。

Always a long queue to buy medicines. All medicines are quite expensive. They make you wait too long. There are few seats inside due to the space crunch. They even take your prescription after you buy the medicines. Nobody speaks English in the store. You will have to be accompanied by someone who speaks Japanese. A well deserved 1 star.
