Room is large and has beautiful view. Hotel is very well maintained. Cleanliness is top.

It's a bit older hotel, but very clean, spacious and well priced. Probably the best view over Oita you can get. Situated very much in the center of town.

Very comfortable 4-star hotel with ideal location for exploring the city of Oita by foot. Rooms larger than usual in Japan and if you have a room on the downtown side (room numbers ending with 0-2-4-6-8), you will be able to see a beautiful sunrise. Comfortable beds make your stay even better. The double bed we had was also bigger than usual... Everything clean (even if a bit dated), but definetely very enjoyable. Parking available in the garage. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent. Easy access to hotel via fully covered shopping street in 15 minutes from Oita JR station. Good view from room and room size is much bigger than usual Japanese hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and only a short walk from the station and shopping/restaurant areas. Lovely views from the room, plenty of space and comfortable bed. Only one problem is they don't have free coffee in the rooms.

Wifi-free, beautiful hotel to stay. One of the best choice in this city. You can walk to drink eat everything. Red light district is close as well do not take your children to there.

A decent hotel with pretty spacious rooms and a nice view on the city and the mountain. Staying here once a year or so, no complaints.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at the time of our visit due to the aftermath of the virus. Effective precautions seemed to be in place.

対応が丁寧でとても感じがいいです。宿泊前にお部屋の相談でお電話した際も、こちらの状況を聞いて対応してくださり、安心して泊まることができました。
朝食場所はさほど広くはありませんが、地の食材や料理も多く楽しめ、和洋食共にとても満足しました。
ホテルの駐車場は満車でしたが、ホテルの地下から繋がってる公共の広い駐車場を案内していただけたので
、雨でも困らずにすみました。
以前夜景を眺めて飲んだ思い出のバーが営業されてなかったことが残念でした。
また大分へ行った際には茹で利用させていただきたいです。
