DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Naha Shuri Castle

We had a very good stay at this hotel

The rooms were a good size and were cleaned to a very high standard.

The swimming pool area is great, though sadly the deep pool was unavailable.

Service levels were good. There was a good variety of food at breakfast.

There did not seem to be many staff who could communicate in English, but we managed ok.

I'd definitely be happy to stay again.

Top hotel, with a great pool side area and fantastic rooms, especially for a double tree. Yes it’s a little far out from the city but it’s only a cheap cab ride away and the proximity to the cultural heart of Naha is nearby as well.
The manager is very helpful and friendly and it boasts probably the best happy hour for diamond members in the world!!
The breakfast is also very good. A winner for sure!

An amazing place to stay in Okinawa. Accessible by bus if you don’t have a car, everything was top class. The only issue was the hill I climbed up and down to get there, service, food, and room was amazing. Checking in you get the double tree cookie that was still warm and delicious. My party and I were gold members so we got free breakfast. The breakfast was great with an assortment of different western and Asian choices. The amenities were very nice as well. Pool on the bottom level, there was a washing machine, vending machine, clothes store, and church for weddings. The room was air conditioned and clean. I hope to stay here again one day.

Within reasonable driving distance from the city center. The hotels has many amenities from conference room, pool, gym and more. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the city. The staff was also very pleasant.

Spent some time here and the staff was amazingly well trained and customer service oriented. They'll call the taxi and ensure that you get to where you need to be. Will surely return.

Lovely Hotel along with beautiful pool to enjoy. Morning buffet breakfast is awesome. But just inconvenient for transportation and No restaurant or convenience store nearby. Need to walk up/down hillside to reach hotel from bus stop. Of course taxi can go directly.

Nice hotel next to the castle. Easy to reach via the hospital station. Especially the food is very nice and Japanese style. Only the gym is missing

Old hotel with many history we can sense it from the moment we arrive. Don't expect the newest facility but the service and the staff are excellent. Good place to stay if you like old fashion hotels. Do hope they will renovate some of the rooms though. It was a fun experience for the kid when we stay at the Tatami room.

A really great hotel. I had to stay long term here and it was a very accommodating stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable and during my stay in late summer, the rooms stay nice and cold. The staff is very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to Naha and allows you access to many interesting things nearby.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, without problem speaking English. Located in the middle of a hill and the room is able to see the whole city. Spacious room in clean condition. Free shuttle to/from the center of Naha in every hour.

When I arrived with my suitcase, the bellhop immediately took my suitcase and welcomed me to the hotel. The normal check in time was supposed to be at 2 o clock but the front desk helped me to get a room by 1 o clock. Since I was new to Naha, I asked the front desk to help me how to get to certain places and the lady smiled and willingly helped me. The room was cozy and spacious, the room service food was good. Payed just over 12000 yen for one night which was a real bargain compared to the real price! I would strongly recommend this hotel for future Naha visitors. I only wish they have a shuttle service to the nearest monorail station so guests can go straight to the airport via the monorail.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely amazing service. Honestly, I have stayed an hundreds of hotels and this was the best service I have ever received. And the breakfast buffet…. Amazing! Great variety, fresh, and delicious!

Another fine addition to the Hilton hotel chain. This Hilton hotel is about 900 meters walk to the historic Shuri castle. Also, the hotel is conveniently located in the capital city of Okinawa, Naha. The hotel offers two restaurants- Japanese and Chinese cuisine food. Complimentary breakfast to hilton honors members.

This doesn't have anything to do with the hotel but when i googled a castle in japan this popped up and google does not have, as far as i know, a complaint line. If any senior management in this hotel can contact google on my behalf and tell them to piss the f* off for commercializing anything and everything, that be great. And Im not even Japanese but in my opinion cultural history should not be commercialized. Thanks

Very nice view, great breakfast buffet, location is not very convenient, only close to Shuri Castle. Hotel has evening shuttle to Koksai Dori for 100 yen each way.

Good service. We had a room on the 18th floor with city- and ocean view. Pools area needs a bit of a face lifting. Brakefast was really tasty.

All it needs is an airport shuttle and a fitness center.

Everything about hotel is excellent! Excellent location, view, food, service, staff, cleanliness Definitely will return.

It's a little far from everything but definitely a great hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and their restaurants have amazing food! The best was their lounge on the top floor.

I would say that this hotel is the best during my 10 day visit. The rooms are spacious. And the amenities are perfect
