Fukuyama Castle Park

The castle/museum: The castle tour/museum was 500¥ which was affordable to me. Had some cool simulators to play on the upper floors for both kids and adults. Lots of history. Not allowed to take photos for obvious reasons in certain parts. The view from the top was nice along with a good breeze. Pleasant weather made it nice. 5 floors, lots of stairs for those with good knees, elevator for those without. Nice view of fukuyama from the top floor.

Free: You can walk around the courtyard for free if you want an affordable attraction to see. There is also a playground for young ones or those young at heart.

Fukuyama Castle park is basically the park area which surrounds the castle. It is usually free to enter and is a nice green space just a few minutes walk from the north exit of Fukuyama train station. There are toilets here and since the castle has recently been renovated the walking paths are in good condition. Currently until January 29th 2023 there is a teamLab exhibition in the park, mainly in front of the castle. This costs ¥1500. The lower part of the park below the outer castle walls is still free to enter and open 24 hours.

Was waiting for sakura to bloom, unfortunately have to wait for end of march or april early. , but then experienced full of loving Japanese culture and traditions.

A must stop if you are going by. Literally a stone's throw away from the station and an absolute gem!

Highly recommend night viewing

I recommend going there after the sunset. Lights create nice atmosphere and really emphasize the real beauty of the castle. Also there are not that many people in evening hours.

There are many things to see inside the castle.

地元から近いこの場所は福山駅を利用はしますが福山城に立ち寄ることはありませんでした。テレビでロンブーの淳がピックアップしてくれ大きく様変わりしており、初の訪問をしました！城内は大人500円で入ることができ、鎧や兜、プロジェクターで過去の関わりある人物説明があり、福山城に関して詳しく理解できます！時期的にも桜🌸が7分咲きで見応えがありました！少なからずの出店もあり、花見客も多く、とても良い城訪問でした！！25年前は予備校のために福山に来ていたので、それどころではなかったです💦

駅前城と言っても過言ではないこちら！！

新幹線の駅ホームから、お城が眺められるのは、兵庫県の姫路と、ここ広島県の福山だけなのではないでしょうか？

夜にはライトアップされていて、色白さに拍車がかかって幻想的☆
どうやら、外壁のお色直しも行われたようで、400年の歴史ある福山城はリニューアルし、魅力が更にアップっぷ〜！！

訪問したのは秋でしたので、イチョウとのコラボが撮れましたが、桜の時期も素敵フォトが撮れそうですね☆

いつ行っても綺麗にされていて気持ち良いです。
四季折々、朝昼夕、天候それぞれでも散策、散歩を楽しめると思います。
トイレも要所要所にあり、綺麗にされているので安心して利用出来ます。
西側に住んでいる猫が可愛らしいですが見かけてもそっとしておいて欲しいです。
猫城主になって欲しいくらいです♪

ライトアップしているとすごく素敵です。

街全体でキレイに整備していてすごく居心地いいところです。
毎日お散歩してもいいと思える素晴らしいところです。

오노미치에 가기전에 들렸습니다.
역 바로 앞이라 시간이 있다면 들려도 좋습니다.
천수각 입장료가 있으나 천수각이 개방적이라
올라가도 좋다고 봅니다.
저는 JR패스가 있어 후쿠야마까지 신칸센을 이용 하였고 이후 일반선으로 환승 하였기 때문에 들려보았습니다.

福山に行った時は、必ず新幹線のホームから見てましたが、30年を越える月日を経て初めて公園内に入る時間が出来、足を踏み入れました。遂に城壁を間近に見て感動しました。

福山城は昼も夜も最高です!ほぼ満開で綺麗でした。
