We went here last time my husband’s phone went dead battery for repair but the repair cost to the battery and lcd would cost us 50,000+ or more so we decided to change his phone to a new iphone pro 14, we are glad we did because we got a big discount because its has no interest and we charged it in our postpaid plan.

Great place! I’ve been there several times and the level of customer service is unparalleled. Great people. Great service. A shout out to Leo, I believe, who took care of me last time. The best. They are very busy so an appointment is recommended. But they are also very accommodating and I’m very thankful for that. Great atmosphere there.

I went there with a friend to have his Iphone XR with Apple Care warranty repaired. We did not know that reservations were required and so we thought that was it- a waste of time. The good thing was, an english-capable staff asked us what we were there for and after hearing us out, she gladly booked us a reservation! After an hour of waiting, my friend had his turn and as per him, the staff of the store were very friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing and were very accommodating. No repairs were done, rather they provided a new phone of the same model. It was all good and well. I highly recommend this branch for Apple concerns!

It was hard to get someone to confirm the Genius Bar appointment at first as the store was surprisingly busy on a Tuesday night, but it was a very pleasant experience once an employee was assigned to us. She tried her best to communicate with us in English, and did it better than other employees we have previously encountered at this particular Apple Store.

For best experience, it is better to make a reservation in advance. But if you come without any reservation, they still probably serve you if it is not that crowded.

Always had a good experience here. They’ll work with me in English or Japanese. If you go and you get Gustavo, you’re lucky. THAT guy knows his stuff and at least FOUR languages. Apple already has good customer service; Gustavo made is fantastic.

Apple Staff’s are very helpful and friendly

Bought a SIM card from Yamada denki, they refused to install it. I went to Apple Store. Mike was busy however tried to set up SIM which was incompatible with Australian phone network. I appreciated his help. Another day I had an issue all our family members phones being linked. Mathew fixed the settings in two minutes. This is a busy store. Both Mike and Mathew demonstrated excellent customer care. Thank you.

The first staff I talked to spoke a little English and referred an English-speaking staff. The purchase went smoothly which I did not expect at all.

Dropped my US iPhone while visiting Japan for a short period. Visited this store. They spoke perfect English and provided me a brand new US iPhone under AppleCare. Unbelievably awesome.

Apple store like any others, good service. Much better prices comparing to Europe, especially when you ask for VAT refund - foreign passport required.

I went to buy a new iPhone. The apple guy that helped me out not only spoke good english (keep in mind this is in Japan), transferred all my info to my new device, patiently answered all my questions, and was friendly enough to recommend me spots to visit while in Japan.

It was awesome! Staff are very friendly, english is not a problem, even tagalog speaking staff is available as well as portuguese. よかった。
