lovely hostel renovated from a resident house，provided many useful and considerate staff，everything is clean and tidy，the house keeper is a gentle Japanese who speak Chinese and English fluently near to the airport and convenient to take train to namba，wonderful experience

I had an excellent experience at Bigtree Guest House. It's a very nice atmosphere, clean, and reasonably priced. You can come and go as you please as long as you are quiet which makes for a very restful and relaxing stay. The owner was super kind and friendly. He even let me store my luggage until the next guest house was open and was kind enough to offer me a ride. He speaks a little bit of English which was super helpful and offered some good advice and directions. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great stay at BigTree 🌳 super friendly host, room super clean, access to kitchen, showers and bathrooms. Host really set the rules to respect other quests and to be quiet. Great value for great price! Recommended to everyone!

Fantastic stay there, no complaints what so ever. Easy to find from the station and the manager is very nice - albeit a little shy. I had the private tatami room and that was plenty enough space for me + 2 suitcases. I went out after dark for a walk and felt extremely safe as well, great neighborhood. In addition it's close to Kansai International Airport (490yen one way, and 15 minute total travel time from the airport).
Sadly, tried booking again for a later date but they were all booked.

One suggestion for the owner would be to make check-in time earlier by an hour or so, seemed just a little late.

Very nice and clean place. About a 10 minute walk from the station. There is a decent kitchen on the second floor along with 2 showers and 1 restroom and a patio for smoking. 3rd floor has the bedrooms which were very nice. Even had a small electric fan in my dorm bed. Everything was spotless, the owner was friendly. Just me and 1 other staying at the time, but it is basically a layover stop for the airport. Will stay again next time I'm flying out of kix.

Very comfortable and so clean. This place has a nice kitchen and living room to relax. Shower room and toilet was also so clean and looked new. Plus convinient location! The staff was so kind. Just 10 mins walk from the station and it made us so easy to catch the flight at 7.00 am at Kansas airport.

This place is small and really nice. I stayed in the coed 4 bedroom dorm and the bunk beds were built-in so I didn't feel or hear the person below me as much. The staff is super helpful and kind. They gave me a ride to the train station when I was leaving.

Very close to Kansai airport. The best place for people have early flights. The surroundings are quiet and calm. 5-10 minutes walk to a local supermarket. A very nice place for just resting and relaxing.

nice service, lovely room

all i can said almost home and perfect experience. very clean and new. friendly staff. almost home - kitchen, basic cooking necessities available. if only check in time can be earlier. this is a compulsory return place for solo kaki or group of 2-4 ppls (solo peeps). instruction/reminder notice is where it nd to be. as this guest hse is located at housing area, pls dont be very loud and kill the serenity. LOVE IT :)

Stopped here for a night on our way to the airport and loved our stay. It was our favorite hostel in Japan!

Dorms and facilities were in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Worth the 3,000 yen.
