It is a very service. You can buy tickets and wait until yyour bus time in yhe waiting area. Things are digitized a bit. Over all, very good.

Very helpful staff but you have to be careful to reserve in advance because it's full most of the time and to be at the bus station on time for me I use Jett application to book my trip in advance much easier and less time consuming

Best bus service to get you around Jordan. Inexpensive tickets, comfortable and air conditioned buses. If you have to wait for any bus, the wait times are not long and there are restaurants, places to get coffee and small grocery stores nearby.

Always on time and very reliable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good customer service. Clean transport. Comfortable journey to Amman. Did this journey many times on a Saturday.

Most convenient mean of transportaion from Irbid to Amman. Some of their newer buses have usb outlets for your chargers.
They stick to their schedule and their mobile app is easy to use.

But online booking doesn't work on their site which is disappointing.

Comfortable , quite fast &safe vehicles and they do adhere to the time schedule,rare delays in the trips, very friendly booking staff..good way to commune for students and employees from amman to irbid and vice versa

Great ride, right on time but there some teenage boys smoking in toilet which messed up the otherwise awesome 3 hour ride from amman to Aqaba
