الخدمة سيئة للغاية من اكثر من الجانب الأول والأولى فبهم هو الوقت بحيث اذا كان عندك عطل في الهاتف يتكلب ذلك من يومين الى ثلاث ايام فقط من أجل فحص الهاتف وتحديد المشكلة اي انك ستستغي عن الهاتف لفترة طويلة دون نعرفة الخلل ودون معرفة السعر وبعد هذه المدة يتم تحديد المشكلة واذا كان لك الرغبة في اصلاح الهاتف يتم اخبارك بالمبلغ وهنا السيئة الثانية ان السعر تجده مضاعف مرات عن السعر في السوق فقط لانه سامسونج ..
التعامل عند المراجعة غير لبق
لا يوجد اساسا قسم للشكاوي واذا تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء لن تحصل على فائدة باستثناء انك تزودهم برقم الطلب وثم تنقضي المدة .
