Great place IT IS JET BUS TERMINAL (not jirdan express?)have to be there half hour before go into passenger lounge bathroom there start walking out to bus 15min before it leaves on the dot and it will notvwsit

We arrived an hour late for our bus because we hadn't set our clocks to the right time but they gave us tickets for the next bus with no fee! The bus picked us up and dropped us off on time and the staff are super friendly. The bus itself was wonderful, ac was working perfectly, it was relatively clean, and the seats reclined nicely!

It is comfy, buses on time, safe trips especially if you're willing to visit Aqaba.

they offer snacks, hot drinks upon request during the trip.

One of the best experiences in Jordan happened to me with JEET.
The bus is very punctual, I had a trip from aqaba to Petra, I enjoyed every moment during this road trip, the driver was very friendly and even went the extra mile by explaining and giving information about Jordan during the trip.
A very special thank to the ground supervisor in Petra station who helped me get the bus back.

Good place to get reasonable ticket to fro cities such as Petra and Amman. However, the stop for Petra is too long as it is via Wadi Rum. It took almost 4hrs for 1 way to Petra from Aqaba!

One of the perfect means of transportation in Jordan; timely, cheap, accessible, comfortable and best to transfer from one destination to another!

It was a nice experience, the staff treats well, adheres to the flight schedules nicely, and the services are at a high and comfortable level.

They are strict to the leaving and even arrival time.
Buses are clean and comfy, some are old but still working fine.
Drivers are so proffisional.
I like my experience with them.

They were very quick, as long as you had either an ID or a parent/guardian. I arrived 5 minutes before the bus left and still had plenty of time to get on the bus and get seated.

Polite and helpful staff. They have a waiting area. I took the bus from Aqaba to Amman and it was quick, safe, very comfortable, and arrived on time. The toilet is outside to the back of the office and is not really clean, but I guess it might be a public toilet.

Had great experience travelling thru Jordan so far by this company, really convenient for solo travellers, their staff is really helpful.
