Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea

Lovely hotel with lots of facilities and private beach access. Rooms are large and well laid out. The hotel has loads of facilities. Was quiet at the moment being off peak but we still had a great time. All staff are super nice and friendly. Special thanks to Anas at front desk who went above and beyond and an asset to the hotel’s team. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return here when back in the area.

Was there to access Dead Sea and lunch. Dead Sea is a memorable experience.
Lunch buffet was varied and a lot of choice. The savoury section was very good. Desserts looked better than they tasted.

Wonderful place to stay at the Dead Sea. The staff and housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. The same goes for the staff in the restaurant of course. I am allergical to some foods and they were happily producing alternative dishes just for me! The food was plentiful and diverse. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and this restaurant wholeheartedly.

Great and consistent service from all staff, from the beach to the pool, from bar to restaurants, from security to cleaning staff to bellboys to reception, literally every one was so friendly and helpful. They all deserve a raise!!!
Room was old, but everything functioned well.

Came here to swim in the dead sea. Very busy property, lots of people going in and out. It's a bit of a walk from the hotel to the changing room to the beach. It was quite easy to find some empty chairs with an umbrella. It is really nice too, the staff is very helpful. Also the lifeguard was super super nice, it was super super hot and the lifeguard saw it was hard for me to walk so he let me borrow some flip flops. Also we came here to eat lunch, nice good in the buffet.

Always convenient location and great service. Special shout out to Oday the lifeguard who made sure we got the full Dead Sea experience even right before sunset, with a very friendly approach. Special shout out to Maria as our server in the restaurant who helped us get our food quickly. Thank you!

What an amazing place! The view from our room was incredible. The food at dinner was amazing, couldn’t sample everything, of course because there was just too much! We got upgraded to an incredible room, with two balconies. Wish we could stay here more than one day to enjoy the beautiful weather, scenery, hospitality and the beach. I have been involved with construction, and maintenance of buildings all my life. I am always observing how buildings are constructed. This one is a marvel of construction with all of its various floors, and levels. From the maintenance side of things there are a few items that need attention but not enough to dock it a ⭐!

One of the best Holiday Inn's I've been to. Located right on the Dead Sea with spacious rooms, a nice pool, and a good breakfast to start the day. Service was outstanding!!

It is a beautiful place and the service staff is very friendly and helpful! A special thanks goes to Oday, the lifeguard. He helped with the mud on the beach, offered me to take some pictures of me and was ready to answer any questions or help out with anything I needed.

The experience with the mud and floating in the dead sea was fun and I will remember it for sure!

The hotel location is great on the sea with private beach and swimming pools, the food is great and variety mixed between local and international dishes to meet everyone taste, the staff of the restaurant are friendly and next to you for serving you professionally with big smile , the front desk staff and bell boys are very friendly and helpful, the best and my favorite hotel at the dead sea.

We stayed here for 5 days after our round-trip through Jordan. And it was one the numerous highlights of our journey and a relaxing final of our stay in Jordan.
The whole facility is well maintained and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious and the cleaning stuff did a good job every day.
There is entertainment every night which was very nice.
Absolutely fantastic is the food, a large variety of eastern and western food, every day freshly served and so yummy! Thanks to the great stuff in the kitchen!!!
The entire service staff is absolutely friendly and supporting, they really pamper their guests. I especially would like to mention Oday our friendly lifeguard at the pool, Qusai and Charivy from the service and Mohammad at the reception. You did a great job and made our stay here a marvelous one. Thanks to all of you.

Amazing hotel! We had lunch here and swam in the Dead Sea as well as the pool. Lunch was delicious, so much choice. The Dead Sea experience was so much fun!

We then chilled by the pool and had great service from our lifeguard Oday

We visited for one day to spend time in the dead Sea and visit the pools. Lunch was provided with lots of fresh veggies, delicious! We were looked after by Oday who was very kind and efficient, checking we had fresh water always. The whole time we felt very safe as a group of women (with tattoos). Wonderful experience and would definitely come again :D

Since the check in the team is very well trained and support you in everything. We got a welcome drink.

There are different pools and a very nice beach well equipped.

We had buffet lunch and the quality of the food was excellent.

The manager of recreation and spa, Fadi, is super helpful. Massage and facial was enjoyable.
The restaurant manager,Mr Hossam and assistant manager are all very nice.
Really loved the dead sea swim and mud is excellent.
Overall experience is wonderful.
