I absolutely loved my stay at the Ramada Resort. I had everything I needed in this resort and the best thing- how it was so close to the beach and Dead Sea. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. The food was amazing and the room had a lovely balcony and view. The beach was great, the staff provided a free shuttle bus which only took a couple of minutes or you could walk around 5-10 mins! Then complimentary mud was provided at the private beach. It was a luxurious experience and I would 100% stay here again. To top it all off, I was allowed late check out free of charge due to my flight being after 8pm from Queen Alia. Very grateful and content.

There's no need to pay high rates so you can enjoy the Dead Sea area. Ramada facilities are terrific, spacious rooms, great restaurants, pleasant swimming pools and pool area. You can reach the Dead Sea beach on their own shuttle, a 5 minutes ride that leaves every 30 min. No alcohol served in Ramada.

Perfect for relaxation, hospitable helpful staff. The modern hotel is a few hundred meters from the Dead Sea. They have their own swimming pool where you can relax in a pleasant environment. There is one problem, their WIFI is weak.

Nice one on the bank of Dead Sea.

Great location, bus ride to Private beach... Beach area is well equipped.

Bathroom changing rooms showers and even a helpful and friendly life guard 🤣.

I recommend it, a great place to relax.Must try mud bath...

Building is bit old and need maintenance...😓

( Double check the roads in Google it shows short cut Wich is hard to reach..zoom out and go for straight road.)

We visited for a dead sea visit, one day pass is 25JD which included a lunch buffet. We reached the hotel, reception helped us with registration after passport verifications. Then a receipt was given with 3 small coupons. Receipt is for lunch and coupons for towels. We had lunch at the restaurant on Ground level, then collected towels and you found a shuttle from the hotel to the beach at the end of the pool area. But it takes 3-4 min from the hotel, it is a private beach and they have all facilities there including a small restaurant, showers, changing rooms and recliners. Buts run every 30min, they provide dead sea mud as well. Nice place and nice buffet. If no lunch it's 15JD. Lunch is until 3pm as far as I remember.

Gated resort with secuirty checks at arrival.
Room was comfortable and clean, we were given one with great view for the sunset over pool complex and sea view.
Private beach couple of minutes away from resort with shuttle available at the back gate.
Little bar and option to get a face or full body Dead Sea mud mask, it was great fun and very rejuvenating.
We have ordered room service for some food, and quality was really average.
Loved the pool area and chill area where you can order a nice fresh fruit mocktail and shisha.
Reception open 24/7 staff were attentive and friendly.
Satisfied with the stay.

Friendly and nice. From the hotel restaurants almost no view to dead sea. Great for workshops. It is not possible to walk around due to the near border.

We enjoyed our day there. There’s a bus taking you to the Dead Sea where you get to experience Dead Sea Mud on your body. It’s highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was good. Hope to come again soon 😇

After reading so many reviews online I was hesitant to book here. But I took my chances and trust me by far this is the best Ramada I have stayed in. Earlier I have stayed at Ramada, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Kuwait & India. But the kind of service provided here is world class especially by Mr. Omar Z. From the moment I arrived here till my departure he took care of everything. He was friendly and courteous. He helped me arrange a taxi early in the morning and offered me to pack breakfast. Overall because of Mr. Omar I felt that this is the best Resort near the Dead Sea area. Planning to return soon. Just book this Resort and trust me you will thank me for sure.

P.S. Mr. Omar Z deserves a Service Star.
Thanks Omar, Thanks Ramada.

I recommend this hotel, especially the very helpful staff member Suleiman Alswaeer. He found my wallet and documents. He looked for me all over the facility for several hours. I thank him very much and I am very grateful to him for this. He is a role model for the employee

I took the JETT bus from Amman, and this resort was recommended by them. You get a fair deal for 25 JOD, the swim and lunch package. I went there on a Monday, and the crowd was decent. You can enjoy the pools, jacuzzi, and get a shuttle bus to a private section of the Dead Sea beach. There are showers, changing rooms and a small restaurant at the beach as well. The water is clearly marked with safe and unsafe zones. The lifeguard is an expert at applying the Dead Sea mud on you and will happily take your videos/pictures. The lunch buffet is pretty good too, especially the dessert section. They have a lounge at the hotel as well, called Chillax, where I had a pretty good beef burger, served with fries and pickled salad. Try the different flavors of Freez, you won't be disappointed. The only downside is, the whole place is infested with flies.

The hotel is simply perfect! You can eat here for very little money, there are several swimming pools and the rooms are spacious. Thanks to Hassan in the kitchen and his Indian specialties, we were delighted!

Good services (food, hotel staff, pool staff). Close to the Dead Sea. Really enjoyed the time spent there despite hot weather. Got help from the Tourism Police 👍.

We arrived very late at night, the check-in was fast. The rooms are big and clean, with very comfortable bed. We stayed only 1 night, but really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options considering a fact that we are vegans and they had one of the best falafels in Jordan! The pool area is clean, our child enjoyed his slide rides (though a bit outdated) and the water in the kids pool was heated. And we loved the hot jacuzzi tub! The beach is quite far, but you can take a free hotel bus to get there. There are showers on the beach, dead sea mud to use as much as you want. But loungers are very old. The sea was beautiful, though the overall area in the beach around was not very clean. Would expect it to be taken better care of. There is nothing around the hotel, so if you need some dead sea souvenirs, mud and soap - would recommend to buy it at the hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel again and would recommend it to our friends.
