An absolute gem in the middle of Al-Salt! The restaurant was previously a house to a family in salt in which they maintained the historic value of the house. The environment is so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing they wore the traditional Arabic dress and they also have a henna station for an original Arabic tattoo. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff and authentic local cuisine.
If you sit on the balcony you can watch Salt city go by.
The interior is full of art and history - very interesting.

Great food and incredible ambiance. Get your henna tattoo or some handcrafted goods and food by local women and enjoy the beauty of a 1827 ottoman built Palace while having a great meal.

This restaurant must be on top of your to-do list in jordan, it has the best vibes of traditional jordanian culture, this place is over +100 year old, it's like a museum ... The food cooked with love, just like home ... The service is too good, they look after you very well, Special thanks for the chef and staff for making my stay pleasant. I highly recommend it!

B E A U T I F U L....!! It has history, art and beauty. A sweet place with a lovely view, outdoor seating and very friendly staff. They speak very good English and explain about the dishes if you want to know more. Cost is moderate. Its located next to Salt antiquities museum. Parking maybe an a little difficult during busy time. Once you finish ordering you can walk around and see the art works displayed there. The staff also took the time in explaining to us about the names given to each room and its significance.

Gorgeous restaurant in the heart of As-Salt, it is located in an old Ottoman style house that overlooks the town square. Food was good (the menu has both traditional and less adventurous dishes) and prices were fair.

The food was well cooked and tasty and its taste was delicious.

Love the way this restaurant represents the Jordanian culture, to be more specific ( THE SALTY culture) food is good, view is great and the customer service is amazing.
Incase you were in town, I do recommend this place.
I dunno if they have hookah, I think it's a big plus if they have it in the menu.
