Twins Boutique Hotel

It was a great hotel sparkling clean, comfortable, great bed, very good shower, spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of Aqaba, easy to walk to great restaurants and monuments. Highly recommended.

Satisfied! Staff at desk is very kind and helpful:) during Ramadan quite empty hotel. Google maps are not working in Aqaba so just be prepared 😅 but everything is in walkable distance from hotel

The receptionist Motaz was so friendly and helped us, thank you Motaz. The rooms were clean and the location is great. The worst thing about the hotel was the breakfast and the staff working at breakfast time( the liable lady). The staff on top roof were so helpful also.

VERY CLEAN and VERY FRIENDLY STUFF, if you want to book an affordable yet clean and high service, this is your place!
We arrived noon and the weather was very hot , the receptionist ( his sir name was MOMANI) brought us water to refresh! Also we got a spacious room with a sea view, it was very clean, breakfast was very good and a lot of options, one night before check out i asked them to prepare breakfast boxes for us as we were leaving very early, which they did, , its also 10 by foot to the beach and city center so its amazing!
all in all totally recommended

Fantastic address in town. The hotel has beautiful design, it felt very safe and welcoming, and had a beautiful rooftop that provided a nice space away from the hustle of the busy city downstairs. The staff was friendly, and we'd like to especially send our thanks and recognition to Sam, who helped us during a challenging situation. Thank you

We were staying at a hotel with very loud noise and a dirty room so decided to leave late at night. It was 11.30pm but we could still book a room here and check in late at night. Although we booked the wrong room, we were given a free upgrade to a better one. The service was magnificient and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very modern, and the breakfast is super extensive and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Aqaba.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff who go beyond what is needed, nice breakfast and all at a very fair price.
I enjoyed my stay there.

1- Rooms and hotel are modern and clean.
2- The service is great, lovely staff who helped us with treating a cat, we asked for additional 8 towels for the beach and they immediately provided them.
3- Location is close to the city.
4- The owners were present at the lobby and they asked us for our feedback as well, they are twins and it seems that’s why the hotel’s name starts with twins.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. Everything was new and clean, the hotel had parking in front, they gave us water bottles and Sam helped us finding the most delicious places to eat. Thank you so much! ❤

Rooms are really clean and tidy, they're really a nice hotel i really loved it!

This hotel was extremely clean for the pickiest standard ever. We came in on a rainy day and there was a staff member that kept wiping the floor after every single guest! The rooms were very clean as well. We were only three people but we had a huge room! Three single debs plus a king-size bed. Our bathroom was nice as well: the shower made you feel like you were showering under a storm in an amazonian forest. The rooftop had a nice view of the harbour at night (but it's far away so you won't get noise from it) but it was deserted, so maybe we went up at the wrong time. We parked our rental car just under the free parking spots under the hotel so we don't know if the hotel has a private parking lot. The city centre is pretty close but we went by car anyway. The guy at the desk, Hassam I believe, was very helpful. Breakfast was rich and with some western options as well as Jordans.

Very chic hotel, nice smell all around, clean rooms, restaurant for breakfast very spacious with lot of food. The manager is a great guy always ready to help us in any way. We booked our sea-trips from him. Glassboat with snorkeling in the red sea. Shuttle to the private beach. All you need, just ask him.

Next time in Aqaba will stay here for sure.

As I and my girlfriend arrived they welcomed us with smiles. We felt like home! It’s such a nice hotel to stay in, the customer service was great, The price was even better! They include a great set of packages and freebies! Clean rooms and yummy breakfast! I know I’ll come back when I have another vacation here!

Glass is so clean I couldn’t even see it. Ran into it and it shattered. Staff handled the situation very professionally and fast. 11/10 would recommend. Beautiful rooms, rooftop, lobby, restaurant. Best hotel in Aqaba and affordable.

Beautiful hotel in Aqaba. We only stayed for one night but if we could we would’ve stayed more. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting the city, they even offer shuttles to/from Berenice Beach, perfect you if want to swim or just relax by the Red Sea.

We stayed at a few different boutique hotels during our stay in Jordan and this one was the best. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean! We loved how clean and modern the bathrooms were as well. We had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.
