Ordered a mid-sized car and got a 2022 MG 5, which was pretty good. Low mileage and comfortable to drive.

Rented the car in Aqaba and returned it in Amman. A lot of traffic in Amman, so make sure that you have enough time.

Excellent service and overall great experience. Pick-up and drop-off were extremely smooth and hassle free. We had a small problem with the car during our long trip across Jordan but the Discount-Rent-A-Car team was incredibly responsive. They were in constant communication with us, met us ASAP to take care of the problem, and then even delivered us an upgraded vehicle. You never know what can happen while traveling across a foreign country - problems can happen at any time - but I'm really glad the company took such good care of us. I highly recommend the company for stress-free travel.

I recently rented a car with this company in Jordan [end february 2023], and I must say that I had overall a good experience. We had a problem with the first car we rented, but after noticing the problem, they managed to solve it rather quickly and even, upgrade us with a nicer car. The manager is helpful and available, answering all my questions and ensuring that I had all the necessary information before heading out on the road. The car itself was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. As said, I would recommend the company. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future in Jordan".

It was a good experience. The car was in good shape. The brakes were a bit slow, but you get use to it. They managed to get us 2 child car seats. I still advice to bring your own car seats if you plan to rent for a long period because of the price and quality. The price is not that cheap, but that's how it goes in Jordan especially if you pick and drop the car in another location. Otherwise, the communication was great and helpful.

We are a tourist couple in Jordan. We had a great experience with this company from their online reservation until the drop off. The office manager in Aqaba, Zkaria is a very nice guy. He even dropped us at the border for the same taxi fee out of office hours.
