AVIS RENTAL CARS AQABA

Extremely satisfied with the service. I rented an SUV car from the airport and drove it for 4 days all the way down to Aquaba which was one extra day than I paid for. The gentleman there were very pleasant, charged me the expected price for the extra day and did not try and get any extra money out of me. After a bit of a chat, they even offered to drive me in their personal car back to my hotel that night which I accepted!. This was my first time renting a car so I was a bit worried, however this experience was great and no fuss at all. My deposit was returned in full after a little while (i believe the slight delay was on my banks side).
Jordan was amazing to visit with a bunch of historical Christian sites I really enjoyed (Peniel (Mt el Dahab) was an experience of a life time). God bless.

Maybe the rental car we got from Avis was not the newest, but everything went well. We visited the Aqaba branch only to extend our rental contract and to have two small issues with the car fixed. The staff was very friendly and fixed the issues for us without any problems :-) Also returning the car at Amman airport branch went very smooth. So all in all we were very happy with Avis. Thanks 😊

We got a perfect car, the manager was really nice, flexible and helpful, spoke English well.

Pay attention if you make a reservation via Kayak, as it allows you to book outside the opening hours - it is better to check in with the place personally.

Everything was ok, car was modern, rental was fast and without problems. Ahmed from Avis was very nice and helpfull. :)

Great. They accepted my debit card insted of credit. They charged me od 350JoD but released as soon they checked we didnt have any speed chargings.
