When you walk in and see chemex, v60, aeropress etc., all listed as brewing options you know this place is going to be serious about its coffee and it didn’t disappoint. Barista really knew his stuff down to his own blend of three beans (lightly roasted and washed) to make one of the best cold brews I’ve tasted. Best coffee shop I’ve been to in Jordan by far ✌

The coffees here are well made and consistent from day to day on account of the beans they use, as well as their techniques which includes utilising a measured grinding machine, fresh beans, using a distribution device prior to tamping, and discarding excess milk from jug everytime a new coffee is made.

For milk based coffees, they don’t overcook the milk (which I have found is common here in other places).

A single shot cappucino is 3 JD. Well worth it.
