After reading reviews after other situations I was worried about renting a car here. I rented in Jerusalem and returned to TLV. ABSOLUTELY NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM. NO HASSLE NO NOTHING. It was so simple to return no accusation I just had to pay refuel as I left it half a tank which I completely anticipated and I was charged very very fairly for the fuel if you need a car this is the place to come amazing service

Service was fabulous, I had problems with my credit card, and they were very patient with me, where usually they get somewhat upset at other stores, the booking part was straightforward, I went to Avis.com, and it took me less than a minute to book, I got a terrific car, it was new and fast, definitely will come back, just for the fact of the online booking.

Good cars for good prices. I like that they don't charge for Shabbat besides for taxes and fees. The customer service is above par and therefore is my go-to place to rent a car in Jerusalem. One issue is that it's a very hard location to get to because of all the traffic out in front of the store.

Efficient and polite service. Very similar to renting a car from Avis in Europe. The cars are located in a garage below the hotel, just walk around the corner and past the gas station. The Avis attendants in the garage issued the car promptly.

All cars are fairly new, clean, and in good condition. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and speak English. Renting here is a very pleasant experience and I've rented here several times already. I'm in and out in minutes, hassle-free.

Moshe Lieberman is a great help, but service can definitely be a bit faster. If you have a B2 have them fill up the gas so you don’t pay tax.
