Good service

Overall good experience with the rental desk manager, vehicle pickup and dropoff, and paperwork. Only had a minor issue where the car I'd reserved was daleyed by 30-minutes for pickup, but manager accommodated by bumping us up to an upgraded vehicle. NOTE: The vehicle I picked up had a few dents and scratches, so keep your expectations in check. If you've never driven in Jordan before, you'll quickly see driving there is fairly chaotic. Which probably explains all the dings and scratches on the vehicles. Keep your eyes on the road at all times and you'll be fine.

The rental was excellent. No one was there when we arrived. Also when we showed up to drop off no one was there. We waited an hour and called the numbers on the contract and door without anyone answering. Maybe next time provide a note on the door with the expected time of arrival.

However, I would rent from them again. The staff was very friendly.

Coches con muchos golpes y rasguños, cuándo os lo entreguen id revisando con ellos todos los golpes y que los anoten.
Vigilad con la hora que ponéis de recogida y más si tenéis que pasar la frontera ese mismo día. Llegué tarde a buscar el coche y no lo tenían, así que tuve que coger uno de gama superior y abonar la diferencia (había mandado un e-mail previo avisando, pero no les sirvió).

Came by here to exchange a horrible car we picked up from Enterprise at the airport, they told us everything would be taken care of only for us to have to go through all of it again with multiple people when we got there (had to drive down from Wadi Rum just for this).
The manager here even asked us if we knew how to TURN ON THE AC, when we complained after the car's AC gave up on us driving down from the airport causing us to cook in the afternoon desert heat.
Left a scathing review for their airport branch as well, recommend walking through the desert over this rental company

Avoid. Different car than discussed over phone. Blocked deposit and didnt want to unblock. Fortunately Revolut unblocked after month. They did not respond to messages

A very bad experience, from the beginning of picking up the car to the return of the deposit, which took far too long. Avoid this rental company.

Worst experience ever. Bad car, closed Store, too late, broken car. Never again!

Very bad service, very unprofessional staff

el coche que nos han prestado no nos lo dejaron con gasolina suficiente ni para llegar a la gasolinera mas cercana, nos dejo tirados a medio camino. Era muy viejo y con multiples problemas y fallos de motor. Cuando necesitamos cambio de coche porque no podemos seguir nuestro camino, lo entregamos con bastante gasolina en el deposito, dicen que nos lo van a abonar y a dia de hoy despues de enviar un mail que nos exigieron ya que el encargado de la oficina de Aqaba no nos quiso atender personalmente, seguimos esperando respuesta, pues decian que no sabia nada a pesar de que nos tuvieron que cambiar el coche. experiencia pesima para una empresa como esta, que opera en todo el mundo.
