Amazing store for everyone and it has everything

My shopping place when am in Santa Cruz Jamaica

Wide variety of items for every aspect of your home. Body products hair products, home and garden items, cellular products, Customer service is not consistent. Sometimes good sometimes poor.
But good place for shopping non the less.

You can basically find anything at this plaza, more in quantity than quality, recommendations are high, you just have to know what you want and ask questions

Has everything from every department: men women children, babies and household items. Facility is clean, big and goods are fairly affordable, however, the refund/return policy sucks. I did get my item replaced, however, the first chinese I approached about the defective item walked away from me speaking mandarin so I lost it and that's when I got the help I needed.

They don't have phone number or a e-mail.

Very Poor Customer Service and the music is far too loud. You cannot hear yourself talk inside the store.

Worst store in Santa Cruz. They don’t even deserve one star rating. Their return and exchange policy is the worst. From managers to employees are disgusting. Employees do not know how to speak to customers not like anybody would expect them to know how to address proper people just by their work attire. Instead of getting more customers I’m certain they are losing them. As for Mr and Mrs Chin, they both need to know that not every Jamaican will tolerate their stupidity and lack of basic communication. I would rather travel to another parish to get what I need instead of stepping in to Chen Top Price.
