Amazing place to visit and shop for supplies. We purchased an aluminum Chromagen Solar Water Heater. Our sales gal was very knowledgeable about these units that they sell. I am so sorry I don't remember her name. Her desk was on the left side and she is a little taller than the other girls. She took the time to show us everything about each of these units. We were extremely pleased with what she showed us. They carry multiple supplies not just plumbing. Very much like a big hardware store. Great atmosphere, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely go there again to shop in the future. Respect

Isratech has an impressive range and quality of products. I couldn't get geotextile fabric after weeks of trying and they had it. The customer service was A+. Mahalia was very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely recommend them and shop again.

Great products manufactured in Jamaica by Jamaicans, awesome customer service, very clean, organise and beautiful environment. Very knowledgeable staff who knows their products well. However, it would be nice for the company to start giving discounts so that the customers may feel more appreciated.

This was such a lovely environment to be in. The staff was courteous and nice. Really cool security officer who made a good first impression. Service was prompt and thorough. Would certainly recommend them.
