Always had a good experience with courts st Ann's Bay staff are always willing to assist , big and friendly greetings ,they are just superb ....

I gladly give a high five and Five stars for the staff of the Brownstown branch of Courts Jamaica Ltd, with 100% excellent customer service from 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday, there is not one member of staff in that store who is rude, from the staff at the entrance greeting customers to the guys packing and unpacking good, they're at the top of their game and I recommend everybody who is near that shop in Brownstown to go there you will not be disappointed they know their stuff 20/10

Friendly staff they also work with you when you're in difficult situations all you afto do is call are go in to them when ever you're having a problem

At this time of the year, more staff is needed. Sales Agent who recently dealt with me, apologized many times for having to be multitasking throughout the entire transaction. An official apology from top executive should be proferred.
