Rituals Coffee House

Coffee was outstanding and bakery options are second to none……way better than most franchise coffee shops. The atmosphere and customer service was out of this world, everyone of the employees were kind and friendly! I highly recommend visiting this gem of Kingston, Jamaica!

This place has personality! The atmosphere is great, and the menu has a lot of options. They open at 7:00 what is a plus. I really love this place. That's why I don't miss it when I come to Kingston. Customer service is great, they always greet you with a smile.

Food is great, I didn’t get to ask this one guy his name he was the waiter and he was an absolute joy. Very good service and patient! Not loving the Valentine’s Day decor rn so I didn’t take many pictures but you can check @7heorize on instagram for the pictures I did take! It was a pleasant experience overall!

Rituals has always been my favourite place to have a cup of coffee and something to eat. It holds great memories as I usually meet up with my bestie when she lived here. Now, I go alone and sometimes give her a call to share the moment.
The staff are ALWAYS pleasant and the offerings delicious! Nice chill spot in the midst of all the hustle and bustle!!

Visited my “Grounds for Enjoyment” recently and had a chicken lasagna which was looked good, smelled great, and was quite delicious. The salad was freshly made and was quite tasty.
I highly recommend this item.

A very warm and friendly service. Management and staff are very professional. The ambiance is great. I enjoyed my Panini and my smoothie. My daughter the coffee drinker, had a vanilla chai latte, which she said was the best she ever had, and she’s tried other places. I will definitely come back on my next visit to the island.

Atmosphere is always chill and relaxing, there’s Wi-Fi here so you can actually come and do work and the coffee is great!

This has always been a favourite place to get a quick bite to eat with a delicious drink. The staff were as always very welcoming

Stopped in at my official home away from home today. Had a grande coffee and panini. Food was done the way I enjoy it. Coffee was on point. The second most relaxing atmosphere apart from my bed. Friendly staff, exceptional food, amazing atmosphere. Sorry I can't share food pics; didn't remember to take pics until the food was done how good it was 😀

Good place to have lunch

One of my favorite coffee shops in Kingston. My only issue is that they often run out of the best Frappuccino (blended cold coffee) flavors and then take forever to restock. For purists, the coffee is hot and strong so can't go wrong there.

The salmon and chicken Alfredo pastas are pretty good. Sometimes the wait can be a while. The staff are very nice and will make you feel welcome.

They usually keep work from local artists hanging on the walls, so make sure to take a look while you wait for your order!

As soon as you enter this quiet coffee shop nestled in the corner of the a busy shopping centre...calmness welcomes you inside. The service is excellent and friendly. The chai teas are soothing. The prices are a little high, but WiFi is included with your order. A great experience worth repeating!

I've tried basically all the foods and drinks they have on their menu and I am in love. The picture I've posted is their cookie and cream chiller. My ultimate fav!

Always a pleasure to see a Rituals. So far I've been to the Rituals in St. Kitts & Jamaica. The quality is consistent regardless of the location. Great customer service and never waiting for long to get my order. My staple is the Pralines and Cream chiller but I love to try the different donuts and other magnificent creations that they have to offer. Be sure to visit the Rituals in Half Way Tree Jamaica when you have a chance. I believe the plaza is called Village Plaza (Same plaza with Wendy's)

Awesome service each time I go, food is fresh and done to order, coffee is flavourful and strong plus they only use Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee #supportlocal. They serve a variety of items, including paninis, pastas and salads, as well as pastries. All in all the best cafe experience in Jamaica to date!
