Take two years or more to get the certification and when you called for information on it there is a run around system. One telling you it's printed and the other telling you its not...information contrary to the other and its supposed to be one system and it act as if it's two different system...been try to get information on my certification from last year this time and now it's 2024 and still no information. I don't thing they are cut out to help the work force of jamaica to be better...job institutions are requesting the certification and HEART TUST NTA does not provide it
