GREAT customer service, the were very welcoming and very innovative as the service i requested was new to them and challenging however the thought of a way to make it work and now here i am a very happy and satisfied customer....they probably need a little refining where timeliness is concerned and professionalism but the experience was great..

Used them for banners, decals, business cards, image sizing, custom fabrics, website banners, custom designs, shirt logo stitching, etc. Everything unique, 100% in brand with the company and has helped us create some of the best marketing imagery we have ever had.

Im not sure who commented great customer service but it's not exactly true. It took me almost 15mins before one of them asked me what I needed. Before that it's like I wasn't there and just stood at the front desk waiting for someone to attend to me. I felt like walking out several times.

No matter how good the products may be, the customer service is the first impression.

Someone needs to sue this company, they have no store policy, no customer service, and no respect. They need to fire and hire new personnel who can service a modern era of people. They will get what's coming to them when someone actually file a case against them or they disrespect the wrong person. I would not recommend anyone to even look at this store much less buy anything from them. I hope they go out of business soon

Workers don't communicate with each other so things sometimes take a while. The manager was very professional though. He really tried to fix a very frustrating situation.
