Golden Fountain Restaurant

Went there twice, both dine in and take out. Both experience was okay but the dining in was exceptional. The server was attentive and gave some good suggestions. The was ready within 25 mins and everything was delicious. Definitely going back

We just had a wonderful meal in the private room. Service was excellent & tentative. Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait too long. Cheesecake was yummy with oreo crust.

Great place, will definitely repeat business. Covid protocols observed. Promptly seated, Raymond pulled out my chair personally. He also laid my napkin. Menus presented, he expertly answered my questions and patiently waited while we decided.

The water never got below half way before Raymond magically appeared to refill ✨✨ Even the apps bowls were cleared with the swiftness! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I had the Beef Mince Egg Drop soup, my first time having it and I’m never having hot and sour soup again. The soup was REFRESHING!!

***HOT PLATES*** This pushed me over the top, as I’ve not experienced this is many moons. The forgotten art of being given a HOT plate to eat from. KUDOS Golden Fountain.

Singapore noodles were tasty if a bit on the bland side compared to their competitors. Menu Said “spicy,” far cry from.

This restaurant has never failed me yet . Food is always on point 😩

Called this restaurant to place an order for fried wontons, chicken and shrimp, a Chinese woman struggling to communicate in English took my order, got to the restaurant and paid for my order, only to receive two containers of soup...She claimed I did didn't order correctly and refused to take back the soup. I purchase dinners here weekly... won't be returning!

(UPDATE) It isn't typical for the owner of any business to personally reach out to a customer following a poor experience. Well, it happend in this instance... in short, a much appreciated effort to make things right. I have since returned to the the restaurant.

Lovely evening out

The food was delightful shrimp with black mushrooms and a special chow mein. The young men who served us were superb enquiring of our needs without being intrusive.

The atmosphere was light family and friends meeting sharing a meal and laughing.

Overall an excellent experience.

My favourite Chinese restaurant in jamaica, staff are really friendly and the food is so good, the portion sizes are really big so I always have food to take home and eat later. I have tried few different menu items and they were all good.
