Our dining experience at the AC Lounge was made exceptional by Chad, our attentive waiter. Throughout the evening, Chad consistently checked up on us, ensuring that every detail of our meal was perfect. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our experience made us feel valued as guests. The food was outstanding, and the ambience was delightful, complemented by Chad's excellent customer service and expertly crafted drinks.With Chad's attentive service truly elevated our evening to a memorable one.

The experience at AC Hotel Kingston was epic.... our server Javaughn added to the beautiful experience. His service was great. His knowledge of the services offered and his friendliness was very welcoming. He had a great attitude 👏

Lovely ambience to chill out with friends, colleagues, associates or your significant other. Definitely the spot for good vibes, good food and excellent service. I highly recommend you try their sweet potato cheesecake. It's soooooo good! And if you don't drink alcohol try the Virginia mojito ;) overall, it was a great experience!

I come here all the time but this evening I wanted to have a quick meeting and Chad made it happen. We got food and drinks and we were in and out quickly. Thanks to out server Chad I enjoyed my evening after a long hard day.

Javaughn made the dinning experience for myself and sister one of fun and excitement. He was very attentive to our needs, he constantly checked in on us so as to ensure that we got all that we needed. Because of his presence we will definitely coming back to dine. 10/10 to you sir.

This was exceptional! Kerecia at the bar made our drinks/cocktails and it was off the chain!!!! Would recommend her and this bar anytime! Friendliness, awesomeness and just overall a very cool and relaxed feeling. She knows what you want even before ordering and if she doesn't, she sees your habits and those of every patron and adjusts on the fly...simply audacious and awesome!! This is the best experience I've had by far for a long time.

Javaughn's service was excellent, its my son birthday and he enjoy every minute of it. He had cake and ice-cream and know the happy birthday written on Plate he ate it all and leave just happy, I ask him why, he reply he was happy with his service and meal was good.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this hotel and restaurant on 12:28/2023. Jevaughn was my server, and despite the place being a little busy, had the best dining experience I have had in a while. He is attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu options. His mannerism, friendliness, cleanliness, speed and care in service was exceptional.

I came here for dinner and Jevaughn took very good care of us. He was entertaining and hospitable and added to the experience. Also, the food was really good I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful hotel. Great food, wonderful ambience and would readily recommend this to everyone. Disabled access in all areas. Great experience and they have a wonderful reggae band that plays on Sundays and is a mist see and listen.**********

We dined at the AC in January 2024 and our server Javaughn made sure we had an awesome experience! He was very attentive and listened to our requests and concerns. We had a great time at the AC because of him!

This place is amazing. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Friendly staff in the hotel, bar, and Starbucks. The room beautiful and the bathroom emasculate. The environment is luxury and worth it.

10/10 experience! Fairly new property so the rooms look exceptional! Grounds are well kept and the staff are very friendly. It’s central to everything. There’s a Starbucks next door and very business friendly. The only complaint is that the AC in the rooms don’t go down very low so the rooms can get a bit warm at night. Will come here every time I visit Kingston.

Javaughn was a very good server. He gave a good recommendation for a drink, checked on our table regularly. He was also very polite. 10/10 service, the best I’ve received since coming here.

It was a great experience and the food was so tasty . Chad was the one who attended to us, and he was so awesome and very respectful he ensured we got everything we ordered right. The seafood was so tasty. Sending $215 USD worth it. Thanks Chad.

Taj was an absolute delight. He was attentive from start to finish. He was very hospitable and made us feel a part of the Ac Hotel family. He was also jovial! He deserves a raise. He is one of the BEST I have seen!
