I have been taking loans since A&N's inception and I must commend them on the great customer service. The service is fast and convenient. You can be assured, once you have all your documents and meet the necessary requirements, that you will be approved (and within the time frame you are told). Another plus too is that once you make your payments on time as a returning customer you are eligible for an increase within reason of your affordable.

I have been a customer of A&N Loan Hub since 2018 so I have been a repeat borrower. I have always been able to make my payments each month in a timely manner however I fell into financial difficulties and fell behind with my payments. My mother became very ill and I had to pool all of my resources to care for her. One day I received a phone call from Ms. Ashia Browne asking how I was doing and what happened why my loan was not being serviced. I was so moved, I broke down during the conversation. I was astonished that she did not call to wile me up but she first checked in what was happening as it was the first time my account went into that state. She encouraged me, asked me how much time I would need to sort myself out and asked that I took in a medical certificate for my mom to put on my file. She gave me the time to sort some stuff out and re-start payment. I appreciated a couple of things: my account was not referred to a bailiff, I was given time to navigate the difficulties I was experiencing and she demonstrated humanity when she encouraged me and started the convo to see how I was doing. I restarted payments on my loan and I am highly appreciative of A&N Loan Hub for the way my situation was handled. They are highly recommended!

Process is pretty simple and quick. As long as you submit docs in a reasonable time. There will be no hassle. Memory serves correct, as a first timer mine came through withing two days. Staff is very hospitable and most importantly they COMMUNICATE!
