The customer service was exceptional. From the opening of the door to the ultrasound being done. I must say I was well pleased. Thank you for being a cut above the rest. Special thanks to the young man at the front desk. You are great at what yo do. Thank you@Central Imaging, Santa Cruz.

I had the best experience.....

Horrible experience, went there twice, on the first try had to turn back because they only take 10 people or that’s what I was told however, that was a lie, on the last occasion I got there from 8 am sharp. To do the procedure you have to have a full bladder I waited from that point and even at 11:30 I still didn’t get through to do an ultrasound, what made it worse was that they were trying to put someone else before me when these people came and found me there. I have no idea how a business like that doesn’t do appointments, just horrible.

Very poor customer service staff is Not knowledgeable of nothing at the establishment. Privacy is Not their best policy
